Piper Lynch v. Jonathan Hobbs

I. OPENING STATEMENT
To the honourable court,
Piper Lynch has chosen Shawn Cooper as his legal representative for this case.

Last night (2024.12.24) San Andreas Police Department was hosting a checkpoint at Market. Mrs.Piper was there first with her cycle and her friend, Martim Qaumire came, Who works for the "TLSN" News company. As they are both reporters taking advantage of this opportunity, they both tried to get information about Checkpoint, and Mrs. Piper posted a News, and they began to ask questions among themselves.
The person referred to as "Jonathan Hobbs" was not present at the time these questions were asked.
After Mrs. Piper and Mr. Martin finished answering and asking questions, they naturally started asking questions of the police officers outside the barriers in order to get even more information about the Checkpoint and to be able to give a more accurate description in the News.It is important to note again that Mrs. Piper did not cross the barriers. And that was the moment when the aforementioned "Jonathan Hobbs" arrived on the scene and began posting and publishing offensive and untrue news, in which he uses Piper Lynch's name without permission and affect Mrs. Piper's private life, thereby violating her privacy rights. Jonathan Hobbs is a member and active duty officer of the San Andreas Police Department.

II. EVIDENCE
I ask that as soon as the case is positively decided and the court begins to deal with it, please contact my client or me to request evidence. (( My discord : _herbert69_ Piper's discord : piperlynch ))

III. DEMANDS
  • Immediate suspension of the officer upon successful completion
  • Immediate demotion of the officer upon successful completion
  • Immediate suspension/demotion from the division of the officer upon successful completion
  • A public apology from both the officer, and the highest ranked officer from the department
  • Compensation of $500,000 United States Dollars

IV. CLOSING STATEMENT
Dear Jury, Mrs. Piper Lynch was only doing her job and respecting the rights and requests of the police and Jonathan Hobbs, but instead of getting that back, she was given a defamatory and personal attack on her thru the news. Unfortunately, this can happen to anyone, so I would like to ask the Jury to consider their decision carefully so that we can prevent this from happening to others.

Shawn Cooper

State of San Andreas
First Judicial District Court
United States Courthouse
3321 Downtown Avenue, Los Santos, San Andreas
Piper Lynch
v.
Jonathan Hobbs
CASE # CV-0118
HONORABLE JUDGE PRESIDING:
Kira Hernandez

The First Judicial District Court recognises this Civil Lawsuit as submitted by Mrs. Piper Lynch, henceforth the Plaintiff. We recognise Mr. Shawn Cooper as the legal counsel for the Plaintiff. Let it be recognised that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-0118.

The Court finds this case to be INVALID. The Plaintiff did not follow correct procedures when filing a Civil Lawsuit against Governmental Agency as outlined in the Court Rules below, the time frame was not respected before filling a lawsuit. The Recruit Officer stated in lawsuit was actively working during the time of the incident, therefore, the first to be filling a complaint against is the San Andreas Police Department here.
Court Rules regarding Cases Against Government/Government Officials
Cases Against Government
  1. Time frames:
    1. A person has 5 days to file a complaint to respective agency from the day that the incident occurred;
    2. A government agency then has 14 days to resolve the complaint and respond to the complainant;
    3. The complainant then has 7 days from the event described under point 1.2. to file for a civil lawsuit;
  2. A person must first file a complaint (within time frame described under point 1.1) to the respective agency and attempt to settle with the agency before filing a civil lawsuit;
  3. If the complainant and the agency fail to come to agreement in regards to the settlement offer, the complainant may file a civil lawsuit (within the time frame described under point 1.3)
  4. The complainant must justify how the offered settlement may be unreasonable for them to the court, and should the court find the settlement reasonable, the complainant may be forced to accept the offered settlement by the court
The court also asks the State Licensed Attorney Shawn Cooper to refrain from assigning any case numbers when filling future lawsuits, and to provide evidence as well, not asking the Judge to privately message them for the evidence.

Case dismissed.

Signed,
Honorable District Judge Kira Hernandez
