2. PROCESS
When a report is filed against an officer for violating the departmental regulations, the report is handled by the Supervisory Staff of the San Andreas Police Department, meaning Sergeant and higher. On the other hand, when a report is filed through the Internal Affairs Report form, such reports are only visible to the members of the Internal Affairs Bureau.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a report submitted against an officer through the Report an Officer form, you may appeal such decision by filing a report to the Internal Affairs Bureau only after the report has been fully concluded by the Supervisory Staff with a formal response to you.
