I. OPENING STATEMENT
The SAPD has assigned Darius Tanz for this prosecution against Jimmy Clifford
On the 8th of November 2025, around 01:18 CET, Jimmy Clifford was seen distributing illegal firearms.
Later that day Police Lieutenant Nan Ting issued a search warrant in accordance to SA-PSC § VI.2. (EXHIBIT B)
During the search, detectives discovered the following;

- 222 × M4 cases
- 125 × RPG cases
- 46 × Sniper cases
- 132 × Grenade cases
- 100 × Molotov Cocktails
- 110 × Brass Jewelry
- 32,564 × Cannabis Indica (grams)
- 30,575 × Heroin (grams)
- 25,302 × Methamphetamine (grams)
- 650 × Cocaine (grams)
- 600 × Gold Bars
- 52 × Oxycodone tablets
- 41 × Percocet tablets
- 26 × Silver Jewelry
- 46 × Xanax tablets
