I. OPENING STATEMENT

The SAPD has assigned Darius Tanz for this prosecution against Jimmy Clifford

On the 8th of November 2025, around 01:18 CET, Jimmy Clifford was seen distributing illegal firearms.

Later that day Police Lieutenant Nan Ting issued a search warrant in accordance to SA-PSC § VI.2. (EXHIBIT B)

During the search, detectives discovered the following;
  • 260 × AK47 cases
  • 222 × M4 cases
  • 125 × RPG cases
  • 46 × Sniper cases
  • 132 × Grenade cases
  • 100 × Molotov Cocktails
  • 110 × Brass Jewelry
  • 32,564 × Cannabis Indica (grams)
  • 30,575 × Heroin (grams)
  • 25,302 × Methamphetamine (grams)
  • 650 × Cocaine (grams)
  • 600 × Gold Bars
  • 52 × Oxycodone tablets
  • 41 × Percocet tablets
  • 26 × Silver Jewelry
  • 46 × Xanax tablets

IV. DEMANDS
  • The Defendant to be sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment in the state penitentiary.
  • The Defendant to remit a monetary fine of $9,281,998.8 equivalent to 60% of the Defendant's net worth of ($15,469,998) as a penalty for the aforementioned pressed charges.

  • The Defendant to remit a monetary fine of $6,187,999.2 equivalent to 40% of the Defendant's net worth of ($15,469,998) as a penalty for the aforementioned pressed charges.

HONORABLE JUDGE PRESIDING:

The First Judicial District Court has recognised this criminal case as submitted by Darious Tanz on behalf of San Andreas Police Department. Let it be recognised that the court had assigned this case ID # CV-156. The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state/federal prosecution against Mr. Jimmy Clifford, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes any possibility for summary dismissal.

I. FINDINGS
Upon reviewing the evidence submitted by the plaintiff. This court has found the evidence admissible in this here court of law. Furthermore, the charges requested by the plaintiff:

are sufficient for the infraction alleged by the plaintiff. It is the view of this court that, the plaintiff has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr Jimmy Clifford has violated stated charges. The defendant has prempted accepted all charges and the settlement offer before a court response. This court will then issue a speedily judgement with this regard.

II. RULING
This court has accepted the plaintiff's charges of the aforementioned mentioned crimes. With this in mind, this court will impose the settlement offer of the plaintiff. judgement is therefore issued against the defendant, and he is therefore sentenced to the following:
  • The defendant to serve 20 years in a state penitentiary.
  • The Defendant to remit a monetary fine of $6,187,999.2 equivalent to 40% of the Defendant's net worth of ($15,469,998) as a penalty for the aforementioned pressed charges.
  • The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after The time stated in the 2nd point starts from 14th of November 2025 15:00PM CET and ends on the of 21st November 2025 15:00PM CET. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 2nd point and a bench warrant of arrest issued against yourself for contempt of court. time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.
  • The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he wants to within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))
