I. OPENING STATEMENT
The legal counsel of the San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr. Harry Garrick for this prosecution against Mr. John Porkenstein.

Your honor,

On 20th March 2025, at approximately 19:30 CET, two undercover detectives in an unmarked Admiral vehicle were assigned to monitor suspicious activities. During a routine patrol, they encountered two individuals in a Blista Compact with license plate 4Q1HKJ76, registered to Mr. John Porkenstein. The vehicle displayed an FBI sticker, and Porkenstein was observed impersonating a Federal Bureau of Investigations agent by brandishing a fake FBI badge. He repeatedly shouted and identified himself as an FBI agent to bystanders. [EXHIBIT I]


Following the initial incident, the detectives maintained surveillance on the Blista Compact, which contained both John Porkenstein and Royce Fuher. At approximately 19:38 CET, the pair multiple times shot a male near Market Mall with Lethal Force resulting the death of male on spot. They continued their charade by falsely claiming to be federal agents in an attempt to manipulate onlookers. Their reckless behavior and blatant impersonation of law enforcement caused panic across the area.[EXHIBIT II]

On 21st March 2025, court-approved vehicle seizure request was executed by the SAPD, resulting in the confiscation of the Blista Compact. Subsequently, an arrest warrant was issued for Royce Fuher, leading to his imprisonment soon after few days.

On 29 March 2025 at approximately 19:33 CET, John Porkenstein was again observed impersonating a Federal Bureau of Investigations agent near Ganton Binco.He was seen publicly displaying the same counterfeit FBI badges and verbally identifying himself as an FBI agent to bystanders in the area. On 30th march 2025 at approximately 20:24 CET, John Porkenstein was spotted in Jefferson Church in the wedding ceremony & was seen showing his same counterfeit FBI badges for the third time, arrest warrant was executed on John Porkenstein after the wedding ceremony and he was successfully escorted to LSPD for processing and holding cells. The First Judicial District Court recognized this criminal case as submitted by Detective Harry Garrick on behalf of San Andreas Police Department on Mon April 14, 2025 at 5:47PM CET.
Let it be recognized that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-0131.

I. FINDINGS
The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state prosecution against Mr. John Porkenstein, henceforth the Defendant, has been reviewed and has found it sufficient enough to proceed with the charges against the Defendant. Considering that Mr. John Porkenstein has pleaded guilty in accordance with the settlement offer by the Plaintiff and the evidence proves beyond doubt that the Defendant is guilty.
The Court finds Mr. John Porkenstein to be in violation of the following state laws, as outlined by the Plaintiff:

• SA-PSC § I.1. Murder
  - Murder of Mr. Peter Reznov.
• SA-PSC § II.3. Impersonation of a law enforcement, emergency service, judicial or government official.
  - Impersonating a Federal Bureau of Investigation Agent.
• SA-PSC § II.3.4. Miscellaneous.
  - Writings on vehicles which resemble a law enforcement agency, emergency service or government is prohibited.
  - Any actions or modifications to vehicles which would make them resemble law enforcement, emergency service or
  government is strictly prohibited

The Court will also rule, Mr. Porkenstein to serve the full time for the murder of Mr. Reznov, which is fifteen (15) years instead of ten (10) as consequence.

II. RULING
The court finds Mr. John Porkenstein guilty of the aforementioned crime(s) as per the evidence provided by the Plaintiff, his guilty plea & revised settlement, therefore he is sentenced to:

• 15 years in a state penitentiary. (( 1 hour & 30 minutes ))
• 20% seizure of the Defendant's net worth totaling: $246,687.
• The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.
• The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))
• The time stated in the 2nd point starts from 17th of April 2025 22:00 CET and ends at the 27th April 2025 22:00 CET. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 3rd point.
