Your Honour,

With all due respect, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding my statement. I am not claiming that I was unaware of the law. Rather, my contention is that I was unaware of the contents within the storage. I did not have knowledge that the storage contained illegal items.

However, I acknowledge that I am fully aware that such items are illegal.

I kindly request that you reconsider this matter.

v.
Gustavo Flaco
CASE # CV-0122
HONORABLE JUDGE PRESIDING:
Kira Hernandez

*Bangs her Gavel twice*

Mr. Gustavo Flanco, you may remain silent or I'll hold you in contempt of the court. Do not disturb the Plaintiff when he's trying to talk to the witness unless it's an objection to his questions. Anything irrelevant to the witness will not be accepted and will be inadmissible for the court's judgment. The witness as well have not yet answered and you are already talking. Do not repeat it.

The Plaintiff may continue. Mr. Kacper Kowalski, Lieutenant of SAPD. You are under oath however, you may proceed with your testimony.

*Kacper enters the courtroom as he sits on his chair in his black tux, raising his right hand, while he sets his left on the bible*

I, Kacper Kowalski, do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and affirm that the testimony I shall give shall be the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth. To the best of my knowledge, I acknowledge that lying in a legal proceeding is perjury and a federal crime.

As the prosecution said, we had a warrant to search the premises at GPS 840, upon arrival, we asked the defendant whether or not he owned the property. The defendant *points at Gustavo* acknowledged that he owned the property, and once he was shown the search warrant, he ran. Two of our detectives went to apprehend Gustavo, while myself and Mark went to search the premises, and that's when we discovered the immense amount of illegal contraband.

Your Honor,

The reason i ran when showed the search warrant was because, and i am not happy with what i am going to say , on possession of few grams of Heroin in my pockets , i didn't want to be seen with it or to be caught with it so i ran when i thought that they were going to search my pockets, thats the reason i ran, but for the illegals in the house i had no idea of them being there, if i didn't have those few gram of heroin in my pockets at that time i would have welcomed them in my house, let them do their job with no problems.

Gustavo Flaco
CASE # CV-0122
HONORABLE JUDGE PRESIDING:

The Court acknowledges Mr. Flaco's statement, and asks Mr. Flaco to cross-examine properly, instead of stating arguments rather than examining the witness' statement. If Mr. Flaco is unable to follow the procedures of the trial, the Court will have to appoint an attorney to him. This serves as the first & final strike.

The Court offers Mr. Flaco to begin with an actual cross-examination. Anything outside of the witness question will be dismissed.
Crossed; Deleted and Revised
The Court acknowledges Mr. Flaco's statement. The Plaintiff may begin with their second witness, the Court also reminds the witness that they are under oath.

State of San Andreas v. Gustavo Flaco

Objection, your honour,

I believe the question that the defendant had asked has already been answered from the beginning of this trial, as quoted below:

"On 1st of January, 2025, a search warrant was issued into the defendant's properties upon the approval of Lieutenant Kacper Kowalski. The Detective Bureau carried out the search warrant execution, prior to their arrival at Mr. Gustavo Flaco's properties – the defendant was present nearby in his property. The defendant was asked if the address, #840 Idlewood, Los Santos, belongs to him – in which he confirmed. The detectives presented the search warrant onto the defendant and was asked to open the door. As soon as the defendant have read the search warrant, the defendant began to ran away in which he was later on apprehended by the detectives. Prior to the defendant's apprehension, the detectives has executed the search warrant in which they had discovered multiple kinds of contraband:

The prosecution would be gladly to call other witnesses to back our claims against the defendant to testify in this trial.
