my motives to join the san andreas fire departement are: first of all i've always had the drive to help people in need and making changes within people's lives by responding to emergencies plus ive always seen working as a paramedic that its dynamic and demanding with new challenges every day which can be exciting and fulfilling ive always been willing to serve the community with integrity and professionalism.

Being a paramedic means delivering immidiate medical care at the scene of an emergency which includes assesing patients and providing life saving procedures and stabilizing them for transport, offering comfort and reassurance to the patients and their famillies during their distress, this job can be physically and emotionally demanding, paramedics need to be resilient, both physically and mentally, to cope with the demands of the job and the trauma they may encounter.
