I. Opening Statement:
Your honor,
At 19:09 CET on 26 March 2026, detectives of the Los Santos Police Department executed a lawful arrest warrant for Mr. Calhoun. The warrant was issued following a prior controlled transaction conducted with an undercover LSPD officer. Mr. Calhoun was taken into custody in the vicinity of Hunter Quarry Mines, and his properties were lawfully searched in accordance with the warrant.
At approximately 15:06 CET on the same date, Mr. Calhoun knowingly and willingly engaged in the sale of five (5) adrenaline syringes to Detective Seyhan Addison at the LS–LV toll booths. The total value of the transaction amounted to $120,000.
Subsequent to his arrest, a lawful search of Mr. Calhoun’s person revealed multiple items of evidentiary value, including two (2) AK-47 cases and fourteen (14) hacking laptops.
Following a brief investigation, Mr. Calhoun voluntarily admitted to the aforementioned offenses and provided a signed written confession in the presence of the investigating detective.

It shall remain valid only if accepted prior to the commencement of trial proceedings
Failure to accept will result in the State pursuing full penalties without reduction
