RECOGNITION OF A TERRORIST GROUP
The U.S. Congress has been briefed on newly established militia movement within the territory of Whetstone and Flint County, of the San Andreas State. The new movement has presented hostile activities against local law enforcement officials, and has engaged in hostile takeover of local police stations and in armed confrontations with the San Andreas Police Department's SWAT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE UNITED STATES SENATE:
1. Airspace Restrictions:
A. The airspace over Whetstone and Flint County may be restricted when necessary by Federal Law Enforcement and National Guard
B. Air policing may be conducted by Federal Law Enforcement and National Guard at any given time, whereby the aircraft in these airspaces are required to identify on request.
C. Federal Law Enforcement and National Guard may neutralize any aircraft in the territory if the aircraft violates imposed flight restriction or is failing to comply with instructions.
2. Establishment of Checkpoints:
A. Checkpoints may be established at Whetstone and Flint County by Federal Law Enforcement and National Guard, aimed at ensuring secure and unhindered passage for the citizens.
3. Combat Patrols:
A. Combat patrols within the territory of Whetstone and Flint County may be conducted by Federal Law Enforcement National Guard to quell any indications of rebellion within the region.
4. Use of Specialized Weaponry:
A. National Guard and Federal Law Enforcement officials are granted the authority to employ specialized weaponry in situations where terrorists utilize explosive ordinance.
B. In the event of the deployment of RPGs, IEDs, grenades, or similar explosive devices by the terrorists, National Guard, and Federal Law Enforcement are permitted to respond with equivalent or greater force, including RPGs, IEDs, fighter jets, attack helicopters, tanks, and other suitable measures.
