7. POLICE RULES
1. Law Enforcement (and Military):
- Law enforcement can open fire on vehicles aiding a pursuit if they interfere.
- No intentionally suspecting players randomly for annoyance.
- No suspecting players with intent to increase their wanted time.
- Special vehicles "Hunter," "Hydra," "Seasparrow" can only engage fleeing aircraft, not ground targets.
- "Rhino" and "AC130" use requires management permission.
- No annoying or disruptive behavior without reasonable purpose.
- Corrupt activities need prior management permission with in-character justification.
- Petty corrupt activities that don't cause major financial loss don't need permission.
- Law enforcement can shoot suspect vehicles if rammed on-foot, only at the incident location.
- Drive-by shooting allowed on suspect vehicle if:
- Regardless of the vehicle, the suspect has at any point opened fire at law enforcement.
- Regardless of the crime, the suspect is using duneride or monster truck.
4. Government Group Rules
- Any person that is about to assume a group leadership rank equivalent to Commissioner, Director, General, Chief or become their Deputy or Assistant must be approved by Server Management, before appointment to the specified position within their faction.
Government groups must be led in a way that complies with the server standards set forth by the Server Management and with the server rules. - This includes the lore of the specified government group (vehicles, skins, weapons, rules, regulations, guidelines, ranks, general appearance, and so on)
- Server Management may revoke any changes or decrees within a government group if said changes or decrees are in violation of Rule 9.4.2.
- Server Management may remove a government group leader if the specified leader is deemed unfit for the role of the specific government group.
- Server Management acts as "United States Congress" and "Office of the United States President" in an in-character manner, as the ultimate in-character legislative and executive Government branch.
- Government factions cannot operate outside of their defined jurisdiction without invitation by the official member of the agency governing the jurisdiction in question.
