SAN ANDREAS HIGHWAY PATROL
EMPLOYEE CONTRACT
EMPLOYEMENT CONDITIONS
  • New employees has to serve a probationary period of 4 weeks. The San Andreas Highway Patrol reserves the right to demand a $400,000 compensation payment from probationary employees who leave the agency before or shortly before these four weeks. Failure to pay this payment will result in the agency taking legal action.
  • Every employee is required to stay overlate. This means to stay or return to work during emergencies to perform their duties.
  • The San Andreas Highway Patrol reserves the right to conduct random drug and alcohol testing of employees (regardless of whether they are on probation or not).
  • Employees who are in the probationary period agree that in case of termination, this can happen without giving reasons.
  • The employee agrees that all data and information provided is 100 percent truthful. The San Andreas Highway Patrol reserves the right, in the event of deception, to either disqualify the employee from the application process without giving any reason or to dishonorably discharge the employee. The department reserves the right to demand $100,000 in damages for the wasted time. The agency also reserves the right to pursue compensation in the event of non-compliance.

NON-DISCLOSURE CLAUSE
This document also classifies as a non-disclosure agreement. During the Employment Period or at any time thereafter, irrespective of the time, manner or cause of the terminiation of this Agreement, the Employee will not directly or indirectly reveal, divulge, disclose or communicate to any person or entity, other than authorized Troopers, and employees of the Employers, in any manner whatsoever, any Confidential Information (as hereinafter defined) of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers without the prior written consent of the Department.
