I. OPENING STATEMENT

The Office of Legal Counsel of the San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr. Tyron Snyder for this prosecution against Mr. Jonathan Weed.

On the 1st of June 2025, DB's detectives interrogated a former member of the criminal organization known as National Balla Association that pointed them to a few stash houses, on the same day a warrant was published and approved, the DB along with SWAT raided those houses and upon raiding the property at Idlewood, Los Santos, #202 they were confronted by the home owner, Jonathan Weed who quickly loaded the most valuable items from the storage and tried to evade. IV. DEMANDS

• The Defendant to be sentenced to serve 15 years of imprisonment in the state penitentiary.

I. FINDINGS

II. RULING
The court finds Mr. Jonathan Weed guilty of the aforementioned crime(s) as per the evidence provided by the Plaintiff, his guilty plea & revised settlement, therefore he is sentenced to:

• The Defendant to be sentenced to serve 10 years of imprisonment in the state penitentiary. (( 1 hour ))
• The Defendant to remit a monetary fine of $11,650,000 equivalent to %35,28 of the Defendant's net worth of ($33,023,822) as a penalty for the aforementioned pressed charges.
• The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.
• The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))
• The time stated in the 2nd point starts from 22nd of August 2025 18:00 CET and ends at the 28th August 2025 18:00 CET. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 3rd point.
