[CV-0137] Lilith Blackroot V. San Andreas Sheriffs Department

Post by Taylor Martinez »

Lillith Blackroot V. San Andreas Sheriff's Department
I. OPENING STATEMENT
To the Honourable Court,

Lillith Blackroot has chosen Habibi Joe as her legal representative for this case.

The matter before the court is the unlawful, deliberate defiance of a lawful executive order issued by Governor Clayton, an order explicitly instructing the San Andreas Sheriff's Department (SASD) to cease all operations within Los Santos. Despite the legitimacy and clarity of this order, the SASD chose to ignore it, continuing to act with full force within restricted jurisdiction. This act is not merely a misconduct but it is a challenge to the authority of the state's highest executive office.

This violation undermines the very foundation of our state governance. It sows confusion among law enforcement agencies, infringes upon citizens’ rights, and damages the structure of command and accountability that San Andreas relies upon. The facts are straightforward: the Governor’s word carries lawful weight, and SASD refused to obey it.

Ms. Blackroot was unlawfully stopped by Sheriff Raphael Hilton and Aaron Reeve at Idlewood. Upon reminding Sheriffs about the governor's directive, Ms Blackroot was brutally dragged out of her vehicle, arrested and jailed for SA-PSC II.26. Failure to obey a law enforcement officer.

Upon filing a formal complaint with Internal Affairs, the response received by Ms. Blackroot was inappropriate and prejudicial, stating "you should raise more concerns about why you are committing crimes." This remark presumes guilt, disregards the central issue of jurisdiction raised in the complaint, and reflects a biased and unprofessional tone inconsistent with the impartiality required of an internal investigative body.

Evidence will show this plainly, and the damage to the rule of law is undeniable. The SASD must be held accountable.

III. DEMANDS

  • An immediate injunction preventing SASD from operating within Los Santos.
  • Compensation of $3,000,000 USD to the Plaintiff for breach of state protections and executive overreach.
  • A formal written apology to be sent to Lillith Blackroot and published publicly by the San Andreas Sheriff's Department

IV. CLOSING STATEMENT

Your Honor, the plaintiff respectfully submits that this case centers on a clear overstep of lawful authority. The arrest in question was carried out by deputies operating outside their jurisdiction, in direct contradiction to a directive. When the plaintiff pursued accountability through Internal Affairs, the response was not only dismissive but prejudicial, presuming guilt and disregarding the core legal concern raised. This left the plaintiff feeling silenced, violated, humiliated, and powerless and unjustly treated for asserting a lawful right. The plaintiff now turns to this Court to affirm the principles of due process, recognize the jurisdictional violation, and dismiss the charges accordingly.

Signed,
Habibi Joe,
State Licensed Attorney,

State of San Andreas
First Judicial District Court
United States Courthouse
3321 Downtown Avenue, Los Santos, San Andreas
Lilith Blackroot
v.
San Andreas Sheriffs Department
CASE # CV-0137
HONORABLE JUDGE PRESIDING:
Kira Hernandez

The First Judicial District Court recognizes this Civil Lawsuit as submitted by State Licensed Attorney Habibi Joe on behalf of Lilith Blackroot, henceforth the Plaintiff. Against the San Andreas Sheriff's Department, henceforth the Defendant(s). Let it be recognized that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-0137.

The Court would like to inform the plaintiff, the defendant and the public, that the jurisdiction has been updated by higher government authority - ref; Sheriff's Department: 1.3 Jurisdiction Map. The order that was submitted by former Governor was unlawful ((because Server Management has decided their jurisdiction, no level in the state is allowed to interfere with such decisions, no governor has power to make up such things.))

The Court also reminds Mr. Habibi Joe to be cautious when filing a lawsuit as the information provided are partially invalid, that involves the name of the plaintiff, the unlawful order issued, the dates of the incident that are missing, and other elements that assist in the case build. Ref to; CV-0134 Miller v. Los Santos Police Department, Jacques Brel And The Internal Affairs Bureau.

The Court finds this case invalid to proceed with and therefore, the case is dismissed.

*Hon. Kira Hernandez bangs her gavel*

Signed,

Honorable District Judge Kira Hernandez
