Office of Legal Counsel

The San Andreas Police Department officially recognizes the Office of Legal Counsel as an officially, fully functional branch of it;
The Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) within the San Andreas Police Department is a dedicated legal division responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support to the department. Its primary role is to ensure that all police operations, policies, and procedures comply with local, state, and federal laws. The OLC advises on a wide range of matters, including criminal investigations, civil litigation, public record requests, and legislative compliance. Additionally, the office represents the department in legal proceedings, drafts legal documents, and collaborates with external legal entities to address complex legal challenges.
Office of Legal Counsel is also to deal with court cases & form an official stable line of communication between the department & the judicial system, to actively handle & represent the department legally, to prosecute convicted criminals that are under the San Andreas Police Department's holding.
