4. Why do you wish to reinstate?: Ive been a loyal and hard working member for the Fire Department for quite a bit. I have been trying to give my maximum dedication to this job and faction always and when I have seen that Im not, I have fairly decided to step down and make space for someone else and keep the efficiency up.
   Now that I see I have got time to contribute to this faction for longer than previously, Id like to carry on where I left off and do the work Ive always had passion for.
