the reason why I have to become a doctor is that as a child I wanted to heal people and take care of them when they are injured or sick and now I am grown up I want to realize this desire

As being a paramedic it means you have responsibilities to make decisions for the patient in order that they can be treated well for their medical condition you have to take care of patients to make them feel safe and healthy
there are cases where they even lose their lives, but a doctor must do the impossible to keep him alive
