[CV-0111] Jesse Flores v. Rehman Palari

I.OPENING STATEMENT
To the honourable court,
Jesse Flores has appointed Harry Kingsman to serve as the case representative in court.


On the 9th of October 2024, Jesse Flores(referred to as the plantiff)met with Rehman Palari currently known as Martin Castello(referred to as the defendant) to give a loan of $6,000,000 United States Dollars.The total amount with Interest to be paid back totalled $6,600,000 United States Dollars.During the aforementioned meeting, the plaintiff and the defendant signed a legally binding contract agreeing on a deadline as well as the total amount to be paid.The deadline was set to be the 17th October 2024, as seen in exhibit I. From the date, this amount has not been paid back to the plaintiff.

The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the Mr. Harry Kingsman against Mr. Rehman Palari, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes possibility for summary dismissal.

I. FINDINGS
On the 30th of October 2024, CASE #CV-0111 was filed by Mr. Harry Kingsman on behalf of Mr. Jesse Flores against Mr. Rehman Palari. Mr. Palari failed to respond to the lawsuit within the given timeframe, therefore a default judgement is a decision made by the court in favor of the plaintiff. The First Judicial District Court has reviewed the evidence and has found it sufficient enough to proceed with the charges against Mr. Rehman Palari.

II. RULING
The Court finds Mr. Rehman Palari guilty of breaking the contractual terms and orders Mr. Palari to pay in full $6,600,000 within next 48 hours. Failure to abide this ruling can result in seizure of Defendant's assets to cover the debt.
