Trainees will have a minimum of two weeks to complete their studies and prepare for their final exam. However, if they are deemed active, they may receive an extension to their academy period, allowing them more time if they are willing to learn. They may also request the exam as early as their first week.
Learning Methods
Trainees may request additional field sessions if they feel overwhelmed by the topics.
Trainees will have access to online videos explaining everything related to their branch.
Trainees must read their Branch Circulism and study it.
Examination and Evaluation process
Trainees may request their exam after one week of joining the academy. They will have two chances to take the exam. If they do not take the exam within two weeks of joining, they will be discharged from the academy. They may reapply one month after the date of discharge.
