San Andreas Police Department
Internal Affairs Bureau

1. INTRODUCTION
The Internal Affairs Bureau (IAB) of the San Andreas Police Department (SAPD) is tasked with maintaining the integrity and accountability of the department. Its primary mission is to investigate allegations of misconduct, corruption, and violations of departmental regulations by its employees.

The IAB ensures that all members of the SAPD adhere to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and conduct, regardless of rank. Its ultimate goal is to foster public trust and confidence in the police force by upholding transparency, impartiality, and justice within the department.

2. HOW TO FILE A REPORT?
The Internal Affairs Bureau directly accepts reports against police officers (not volunteers) when it involves criminal offense such as corruption, bribery or other violations of state or federal law through Internal Affairs Report form here. In case of violations of departmental regulations, or if the violator is a Volunteer, the first step is to file a complaint to the San Andreas Police Department's supervisory and command staff through Report an Officer form.

3. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE REPORT?
After you file a report, you may be contacted by Internal Affairs Investigators who may need additional details relating to the incident. It's in your best interest to comply with these interviews as they are instrumental in painting a clear picture of the incident that occurred. Once the investigation has been complete, you will receive an email (( forum PM )) with the findings and the action taken. Internal Affairs investigations are final and cannot be appealed.
