1. INTRODUCTION


The United States National Guard falls US Department Of Defense servicing and protecting the state of San Andreas from terrorist acts. The National Guard monitors Area 51. Both branches support each of the proper responsibilities. There are a total of 3 Military bases serving the branches in the state of San Andreas. This includes the following base locations:
  • Bone County, San Andreas - AREA 51
  • Ocean Docks, San Andreas/Los Santos
  • Eastern Basin, San Fierro.



1.2 AUTHORITY OF THE SAN ANDREAS NATIONAL GUARD


National Guard is given the authority to:
  • Operate within Easter Basin naval base, Ocean Docks naval base, Area 51;
  • Detain any person trespassing into the area specified under USC XIII (B) (1);
  • Use necessary force to stop any person trespassing into the area specified under USC XIII (B) (1);
  • Temporarily restrict airspace where rocket launches are conducted;
  • Temporarily restrict naval traffic where active operations are ongoing;
  • Use necessary force to stop any person from interfering with a National Guard convoy;
  • Request state or federal escort for National Guard convoys;
  • Violate the speed limits and traffic orientation during convoys;
  • To seize assets and belongings that trespass into the area specified under USC XIII (B) (1);
  • To bear arms and other military equipment forbidden to the general population;
  • Secure airports, docks, toll passages and city halls across the state;

The National Guard may operate outside the areas specified under USC XIII (B) (1), (11)
  • If the President of the United States orders deployment;
  • If the U.S. Congress enacts state of emergency and authorizes deployment;
  • If it is to engage an aircraft or watercraft which refuses to obey orders of the federal or state law enforcement;
  • If the Governor of the San Andreas State enacts state of emergency and authorizes deployment;

San Andreas National Guard deployments are led by members of the Executive staff which includes the General Of The Army, General and Lieutenant General. In the absence of such individuals, Command or Supervisory can step up to lead deployments momentarily.

  • General - Second in Command. Responsible for large-scale operations and strategic planning.

4. RULES & REGULATIONS


  • All new recruits in the National Guard must go through Boot Camp which is Carried out by Drill instructors and Commissioned Officers.
  • As the National Guard you are not allowed to engage in basic police chases nor attach to any that has nothing to do with NationalGuard matters. You are to remain in the jurisdiction that you are assigned to.
  • While on duty, you must remain professional and follow all orders given by command personnel.
What you are allowed to do while on base grounds:
  • Make a presence at the base gate, Guarding from intruders.
  • Patrol around the base on foot or vehicle (MESA)
  • Detain anyone who trespasses on the base
  • Shoot any unidentified aircraft that enters the restricted base airspace (must be a fighter pilot), (A warning must be given through /ATC before opening fire)

  • You have access to departmental radio, Only use it when necessary to communicate with other Departments.
  • Only use Air Traffic Control Radio (/ATC) when Necessary. No trolling behavior in ATC frequency.
  • Uniforms must be free of trollish clothing items.
  • All personnel are required to speak in walkie-talkie comms as communication - Voice COMMS is Mandatory during
    Deployments.

    4.1 SUB DIVISIONS & CERTIFICATIONS


    Members are required to be at least Private First Class or have past experiences to receive any form of Certification

    Special Forces
    Special Forces undergo advanced training and are responsible for high-risk operations, including reconnaissance, counter-terrorism, and direct action missions.

    Tank Operator
    Tank operators are trained in the operation, maintenance, and tactical deployment of armored vehicles.

    Combat Medic
    Combat medics provide emergency medical treatment on the battlefield and during training exercises, requiring certification and regular re-training.

    AC-130 Certified
    Personnel certified to operate AC-130 aircraft receive specialized training in its operation, including weapon systems and mission-specific tactics.
