The reinstating member of the San Andreas Fire Department will have to meet the following criteria before submitting a reinstatement:
Application rules:
* Not have been dishonorably discharged - Exceptions can be made by Command Staff;
* Already completed the academy at least once;
* Had been a member of the Department for at least a month;
* Not being trialed in any active court case.

The Reinstatement requests are being evaluated by the Command Staff. The evaluation process may take up to a week. Be active during the evaluation period as a Volunteer in the Department.
Plagiarism or lying in your request will not be tolerated, resulting in immediate denial if so. The applicant will usually be reinstated to a rank lower than their previous rank if more than 3 months have passed since their departure. If the employee was deemed unfit, they will be put back into the academy. In some circumstances, he may be set to any rank decided by the Command Staff, regardless of the previous rank of the applicant within SAFD.
