DEPARTMENTAL BLACKLIST
The individuals who will be placed on this blacklist are not to be recruited unless authorized by the Executive Staff. On the blacklist are placed members who while they were a part of the San Andreas Police Department committed acts that were degrading to the image of the department and acts that are generally on a higher level of severity. Supervisory, Command and Executive Staff discuss before a blacklist is placed on an employee as well as the duration. A blacklist cannot be removed without any authorization from the Chief of Police and the Assistant Chief of Police.

• Rooney Winters - (( Ripping off PD content for another server. ))
• Sam Woods - ((Community banned for hacking a staff member's account))
• Parker Stewart - Copbanning a volunteer without permission & creating internal havoc among the academy & the department overall.
