DEPARTMENTAL BLACKLIST
The individuals who will be placed on this blacklist are not to be recruited unless authorized by the Executive Staff. On the blacklist are placed members who while they were a part of the San Andreas Police Department committed acts that were degrading to the image of the department and acts that are generally on a higher level of severity. Supervisory, Command and Executive Staff discuss before a blacklist is placed on an employee as well as the duration. A blacklist cannot be removed without any authorization from the Chief of Police and the Assistant Chief of Police.
PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED PERSONNEL
• Rooney Winters - (( Ripping off PD content for another server. ))
• Sam Woods - ((Community banned for hacking a staff member's account))
• Parker Stewart - Copbanning a volunteer without permission & creating internal havoc among the academy & the department overall.
• James Stewart - Attempted murder on his fellow colleagues & leaving SAPD after getting punished (AJAIL) + Banned from the server
• Thomas Young - ((Script abuse))
• Max Harrison - Leaking SWAT Leadership's channels, Undermining SWAT Command's decision, Unstable behavior and
Overstepping authority / Acting outside rank authority
• Prathmesh Salieri - Joining another department after getting punished. Abusing his permissions on discord
• Spike Smoke - Criminal conduct off duty, No co-operation during investigation and leaving without notice.

• William Decker/Campbell - 3 Months - Unstable behavior, toxic attitude towards supervisory & command, unfit to be in SAPD - TILL MARCH 17TH 2026
• Kris Stewart - 3 Months - Insulting a command officer, leaving the department after receiving a slight punishment. - Expires 22/03/2026
• Terrence Moore - 1 Month - Disrespecting other Agencies, committing crime while suspended and conducting an illegal deal while suspended . - Expires 23/01/2026
• Fiodor Dostoveiski - 3 months - Ragequitting SAPD after failing a deployment in SWAT. Breaking swat regulations and trash talking other departments on Joint Tac. - Expires 23/07/2026
• Gregory Tony - 3 months - Criminal Conduct & Banned from the server for abusing charachter , transfering items. - Expires 30/07/2026
• Adrian Krii - 1 Month - Trollish Behaviour, Failing to comply with Direct Orders of the Superior, Misconduct - Expires 10/06/2026
• Lucass Maxwell - 3 months - Repeat offender of misconduct on-duty of unlawfully tasing, cuffing citizens. - Expires 25/08/2026
