Detective Bureau Direct Entry Program
Overview
The HMA Program allows qualified individuals who are not currently employed by the San Andreas Police Department to be considered for direct appointment into the Detective Bureau. Applicants who successfully complete the Bureau's selection process may be appointed as either a Detective I (DET I) or admitted into the Detective Trainee Program (DTP), depending on their qualifications, experience, and overall performance throughout the recruitment process.
An Autonomous Bureau
The Bureau independently administers its recruitment, training, promotions, investigative standards, and internal operations. Successful applicants will join the Detective Bureau directly and follow its investigative career path without first serving in a traditional patrol assignment.

ABSTRACT AND PREAMBLE
This Employment Contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Contract" constitutes the specific complete statement of the terms and conditions governing the employment relationship between the Detective Bureau, hereinafter the "Employer", and the accepted applicant, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee". By signing and executing this Employment Contract, the Employee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all clauses provided in each section.
This legally bound Employment Contract, entered into between the Detective Bureau of the San Andreas Police Department, and the undersigned Employee, shall serve as the exclusive and binding framework governing the terms, rights, and obligations related to the Employee's service with the Detective Bureau.

SECTION 1 | COMMITMENTS AND POLICIES
The Employee's compliance with the following policies:
• The Employee is to uphold and adhere to provisions of the U.S. Constitution.
• The Employee is to comply with the Federal laws.
• The Employee is to comply with the State of San Andreas Public Security Code.
• The Employee is to enforce the applicable laws of the State of San Andreas Public Security Code.
• The Employee is to uphold and adhere to regulations and handbook of the San Andreas Police Department.
• The Employee is to uphold and adhere to the internal regulations, protocols, and procedures provisioned by the Detective Bureau.
• The Employee is to comply with the lawful orders issued by superiors.
The Employee's service commitment and penalty for premature resignation:
• The Employee is required to serve throughout the designated training period and for a minimum of two (2) months following graduation from the academy of the Detective Trainee Program also known as the Detective Trainee Program.
• In the event of resignation for any reason within two (3) months of initial employment, the Employee shall incur a penalty of $800,000. This amount must be remitted within 28 days of the resignation date; failure to comply will prompt legal proceedings. The relief of this clause could be determined by the Commanding Officer of the Detective Bureau under different circumstances.
• The Employee is expected to diligently fulfill all assigned responsibilities and obligations after signing this Employment Contract. Abrupt or unjustified departure from the Detective Bureau is unacceptable and subject to disciplinary punishment.
SECTION 2 | DETECTIVE BUREAU'S DIVISIONAL RIGHTS
The Employer reserves the right to:
• To discharge the Employee if deemed unfit following an evaluation by Commanding Officers of the Detective Bureau.
• Impose disciplinary measures for any breach of this Employment Contract.
• Initiate legal action in response to any violations of these terms.
SECTION 3 | BENEFITS AND FUNDS
The Employee shall be entitled to:
• A salary for active service.
• Performance based bonuses for exceptional achievement.
• Commendations based on meticulous conduct.
The Employer will cover all operational expenses incurred in the execution of the Detective Bureau's duties by this clause:
• All costs will be supported by complete and accurate records in accordance with the time and date of the said operation under the divisional financial refund requirements.
• Expenditures must be justified and aligned with standard practices for similar operations.
Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in the Employee remaining unrefunded for any inappropriately or inadequately documented costs or unreasonable expense.
SECTION 4 | CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE
The criteria of the Detective Bureau's secrecy:
• The Employee acknowledges that they will have access to sensitive and classified information exclusive to the Detective Bureau.
• The Employee acknowledges that they will have access to specific materials and equipment exclusive to the Detective Bureau.
• The Employee must maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all Detective Bureau related material and information. Disclosure of such material or information to any personnel or division outside the Detective Bureau is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized disclosure of classified material or information may result in severe legal repercussions, including charges of treason.
*This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect even after the termination of the Employee's service.
SECTION 5 | DIVISIONAL OBLIGATIONS
Obligational duties of the Employee:
• The Employee is obligated to maintain a state of readiness by dedicatedly investigating criminal activities, onsite forensic investigations, business inspections and evidence gathering.
• The Employee is obligated to produce consecutive and comprehensive casefiles, ensuring that all investigative details and evidence are appropriately documented.
• The Employee is obligated to execute assigned tasks and operations with a strategic focus and dedication.
• The Employee is obligated to conduct active surveillance and data gathering as required for the expansion of crime investigations.
• The Employee is obligated to remain readily available for all Detective Bureau related matters.
• The Employee is obligated to demonstrate proficiency in managing forum website paperwork, ensuring that all case activities and assignments are properly recorded and updated.
• The Employee is obligated to uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior, teamwork, and professionalism in all aspects of duty.
• The Employee is obligated to participate in regular sessional trainings to enhance investigative skills and operational effectiveness.
Noncompliance with or failure to fulfill divisional obligations:
• Should the Employee fail to uphold any of the above obligations or engage in conduct that undermines the operational and functional integrity of the Detective Bureau, such negligence shall be subject to suspension or removal from the Detective Bureau, reviewed by the Commanding Officers.
