I. Opening Statement
Your Honor,
On 28th June 2026 an Advertisement was published by Mr. Hagrid regarding the selling of Weapon AK-47 and M4-Carbine, Following this advertisement Detective Mark initiated a sting operation. Detective met Mr.Hagrid at the agreed dealing location, Marina where 3 AK-47 cases were exchanged .
At 17:22 CET on 30th June 2026, detectives of the San Andreas Police Department executed a lawful arrest warrant for Mr. Hagrid at GPS 407, during the arrest Mr. Hagrid was found in the possession of three hundred and seventy one (371) M4 bullets, one (1) Adrenaline syringe, seventeen (17) Heroin and one (1) Percocet
Following the same day search warrant for Mr. Hagrid was also executed and following contrabands were found inside the property:

IV. Demands
The Prosecution respectfully submits the following sentencing requests:
1: Asset Seizure
Seizure Of Assets Upto $9,000,000.

A term of 11 years imprisonment to be served in a State Penitentiary
V. Settlement Offer
In the interest of judicial economy and to avoid unnecessary court proceedings, the Prosecution extends the following plea agreement:
Terms for the Defendant
The defendant must:
Enter a formal guilty plea to the charges presented Waive the right to a full trial Offer by the State
Upon acceptance of the above terms, the State agrees to:
Reduce the custodial sentence from 11 years to 7 years imprisonment
Reduce asset forfeiture from $9,000,000 to $6,000,000
Conditions of Validity
It shall remain valid only if accepted prior to the commencement of trial proceedings
Failure to accept will result in the State pursuing full penalties without reduction.
