I. Opening Statement


Your Honor,

On June 22, 2026, an advertisement was posted offering mines and M4A1 weapon cases for sale. Detective Seyhan Addison ran an MDC check on the seller, who was identified as Tony Illyrian. Detective Addison subsequently established contact with Mr. Illyrian and arranged a meeting location for the transaction at the LS-LV area. During the operation, an exchange involving five (5) M4A1 cases was completed for a total amount of $150,000.

At approximately 08:00 CET on July 1, 2026, Detective Viktor Addison, accompanied by his team, executed a lawful arrest warrant on Mr. Illyrian near LS Bank. Following the arrest , Mr. Illyrian was found to be in possession of three (3) Molotov cases, ten (10) units of cocaine, and fourteen thousand six hundred fifty-eight dollars ($14,658) in marked money.

Furthermore, Mr. Illyrian was interrogated by Detective Viktor Addison, during which he provided a full confession regarding his involvement in the offenses.

IV. Demands
The Prosecution respectfully submits the following sentencing requests:

V. Settlement Offer
In the interest of judicial economy and to avoid unnecessary court proceedings, the Prosecution extends the following plea agreement:

Terms for the Defendant
The defendant must:
Enter a formal guilty plea to the charges presented Waive the right to a full trial Offer by the State

Upon acceptance of the above terms, the State agrees to:

Reduce the custodial sentence from 20 years to 10 years imprisonment
Reduce asset forfeiture from $12,000,000 to $10,000,000

Conditions of Validity
It shall remain valid only if accepted prior to the commencement of trial proceedings
Failure to accept will result in the State pursuing full penalties without reduction

The First Judicial District Court recognized this criminal case as submitted by Detective Viktor Addison on behalf of San Andreas Police Department on Wed 1st July, 2026 at 12:07PM CET.
Let it be recognized that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-0180.

I. FINDINGS
The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state prosecution against Mr. Toni Illyrian, henceforth the Defendant, has been reviewed and has found it sufficient enough to proceed with the charges against the Defendant. Considering that Mr. Toni Illyrian has not pleaded guilty in accordance with the settlement offer by the Plaintiff as the absence from the court proceedings even though, given beyond enough time to respond and the evidence proves beyond doubt that the Defendant is guilty.
The Court finds Mr. Toni Illyrian to be in violation of the following state laws, as outlined by the Plaintiff:

• SA-PSC § VI.2 Possession of an assault weapon or a sniper rifle.
• SA-PSC § VI.4 Arms Trafficking.

II. RULING
The court finds Mr. Toni Illyrian guilty of the aforementioned crime(s) as per the evidence provided by the Plaintiff, his revised settlement, therefore he is sentenced to:

• 10 years in a state penitentiary. (( 1 hour ))
• 18% seizure of the Defendant's net worth totaling: $$4,736,825.
• The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.
• The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))
• The time stated in the 2nd point starts from 5th of July 2026 21:00 CET and ends at the 12th July 2026 at 21:00 CET. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 3rd point.
