I. Opening Statement


Your Honor,

On May 27, 2026, a covert law enforcement investigation was initiated following the publication of an illegal advertisement offering military-grade explosives for sale. Utilizing an undercover line, law enforcement initiated contact with the telephone number listed in the advertisement. Through preliminary investigative measures, the suspect linked to the illicit offer was positively identified as the defendant, Monika Kryemadhi.

Under undercover operations conducted by Detective Bureau, law enforcement engaged the defendant in a controlled transaction involving illegal explosives. A definitive rendezvous point was established at the SFAP location to finalize the illicit purchase.

The State will demonstrate that the defendant knowingly engaged in the trafficking and distribution of high-risk military weaponry. Upon arriving at the designated location, law enforcement established surveillance and observed the defendant, Kryemadhi, approaching the undercover position. The defendant then personally and directly conducted the transaction, transferring the illicit explosives—specifically, military-grade Claymore mines—into the possession of the undercover operative.

Once the transaction was completed and the immediate threat of the lethal explosives was verified, law enforcement moved swiftly to secure the scene. Non-lethal force was deployed via a Taser to safely subdue the defendant. Kryemadhi was successfully detained and placed under arrest without further incident.

Following sufficient probable cause established through the undercover purchase and subsequent apprehension, law enforcement successfully obtained and executed a Search Warrant on the defendant’s designated safehouse.

Execution of the Search Warrant at the safehouse resulted in the discovery of a massive, illicit weapons stockpile and contraband cache, including:

Seventeen (17) Claymore mines

Nineteen (19) military mines

Eighty-two (82) rounds of armor-piercing bullets

Fourteen (14) folded tactical shields

One (1) Molotov cocktail

Ten (10) Oxycodone pills

Eight (8) Percocet pills

One (1) Xanax pill

One thousand nine hundred twenty-eight ($1,928) dollars in marked currency

The defendant was subsequently transported to DET Headquarters for formal processing, booking, and interrogation. All recovered evidence from both the transaction site and the safehouse raid was safely cataloged and secured within the evidence locker.

The State will show that the defendant’s conduct constitutes large-scale arms trafficking, illegal narcotics possession, and the unlawful possession of prohibited military-grade weapons in violation of multiple provisions of the law. At the conclusion of this trial, we will ask you to find the defendant guilty as charged.

I. FINDINGS


The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state prosecution against Mrs. Monika Kryemadhi, henceforth the Defendant, has been reviewed and has found it sufficient enough to proceed with the charges against the Defendant. Considering that Mrs. Monika Kryemadhi has pleaded guilty in accordance with the settlement offer by the Plaintiff and the evidence proves beyond doubt that the Defendant is guilty.



The Court finds Mrs. Monika Kryemadhi to be in violation of the following state and federal law(s) as outlined by the Plaintiff:

• SA-PSC § VI.2. Weapons, Explosives, and Military Equipment
• SA-PSC § VI.1. Possession of Illegal Narcotics and Drug-Related Items
• SA-PSC § III.29. Smuggling
• SA-PSC § VI.6 – Illegal Weapon Possession

II. RULING


The court finds Mrs. Monika Kryemadhi guilty of the aforementioned crime(s) as per the evidence provided by the Plaintiff, his guilty plea & revised settlement, therefore he is sentenced to:

• The Defendant to be sentenced to serve 7 years of imprisonment in the state penitentiary. (( 10 minutes ))
• The Defendant to remit a monetary fine of $8,000,000 as a penalty for the aforementioned pressed charges.
• The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.
• The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))
• The time stated in the 2nd point starts from 16th of June 2026 and ends at the 23rd of June 2026. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 3rd point.
• All weapon confiscations and firearm prohibition of the Defendant.
