- Why do you wish to join the National Guard?: I want to join National Guard because I believe in protect our state and citizens. When disaster happen, when people need help, I want be there first. I not join for money or power. I join because I want serve with honor and keep streets safe. I see National Guard as brotherhood strong discipline, strong teamwork. I want learn from best soldiers and use my skills to help during riots, natural disaster, and state emergency. I ready put my life for duty and make sure citizens sleep safe at night. That is why I choosed National Guard and fire department over other departments.
- What makes you different than other candidates?: What make me different is my mindset and my heart for service. Am not coming here to play around. I always respect chain of command and I follow orders even under pressure. I stay calm when situation get bad and I think before I act. I have good communication and I work good with team I don???t wanna be a hero alone. Also I already know radio codes, formations, and I practice discipline every day.
