- USC Title VI (A)(4) First Degree Murder
- USC Title VII (E)(2)(B) Possession of Class B Controlled Substance: Heroin
- USC Title IX (B)(1) Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law
- SA-PSC § VI.3 Illegal Possession of Miscellaneous Controlled Items: Marked Money
We hereby direct and empower all executives of the Law Enforcement Agencies within the San Andreas State, to permit employment of the pardoned individual without consideration for the aforementioned conviction.
