I want to join SAHP so that i can help in many ways, i apply to join the San Andreas Highway Patrol because i have always loved the open road and i want to make it safer for everyone. i have seen how crazy things can get on the highways Speeding cars, reckless drivers, accidents that could have been avoided. It made me realise I dont just want to be another driver, I want to be the one who helps control the situation and protects people, that is why i left my taxi job and apply for this work.
I really like SAHP because they focus on the highways and long stretches between cities, which is where I feel most comfortable. i want to do proper traffic control, and work together with the team to keep the roads safe.
I am not looking for something easy, I just want to do meaningful work that matches my skills and personality and i promise to be respectful to my fellow collegues. Joining SAHP would mean a lot to me. I prayed my application will be accepted

I am a calm person, i stay patient even in stressful moments. I have a strong sense of justice and i genuinely enjoy helping people. especially when it comes to assisting a stranded driver or being fair during a traffic stop or something like that, I believe in treating everyone with respect because i know and believe respect is reciprocal. im a good listener and i communicate clearly, and i can also be firm when the situation need it. i am a dedicated and respectful person and i want to use my skill and personality to help people on the roads especially the highway.

Hello, I tried calling 911 like you said to request the field training board for my interview, but when i call it only gives me options for PD, FD, and EMS. There is no Highway Patrol or field training option there. And when i tried to just state the reason of the call, it says i must choose between PD, FD or EMS.
What should I do? should i pick PD instead or is there another way to call for the interview? Thannk you.
