3. SKILLS AND MOTIVATION
- Personality Traits: Well I'd like to think that I'm very versitile when it comes to personality traits. Why versitile? Because of my previous experience working under the Volunteer Program within the Police Department taught me how to behave on the job. I learned that I must be thoughtful and respectful when it comes to the chain of command and when it comes to my collegues as we are all part of one big goal to strive for justice to prevail. I like to think of myself to be very strong in very stressful situations due to my ability to make right call when it comes to that. Volunteering with PD has taught me to be brave in the dire circumstances and always be helpfull no matter what. I am also calm and loyal when I was employed within SAPD.
- Skills and Abilities: I am actively participating in working closely with the EMS, so I've managed to gain some of the medical knowledge which might come in vital situation when an deputy or a officer is injured. Besides my medical knowledge, I am also regulary participating in shooting ranges in one of the many Ammu-nations practicing my skills in becoming an expert marksmen. As a former Volunteer, one of the abilites that I was able to learn with the officers was how to confront a dangerous suspect and utilize their tactics that I've seen them preform. Lastly, I have also been in various pursuits in which PIT tactic was successfully been demonstrated by my side and was commended by few of the officers on duty at that time.
- Why do you wish to join the San Andreas Sheriff's Department? I want to join the Sheriff's Department because of the outstanding professionalism that's even heard in the city. I quite enjoy being in the county more cause I've recently bought a house in Palomino and I'd like to continue working my duty as a law enforcement for the county. It also provides bigger benefits and recently I've grown fond of working closely with some of the deputies from the department. Which kinda sparked my interest in joining the San Andreas Sheriff's Department.
- What do you hope to contribute to the San Andreas Sheriff's Department? I hope to contribute my fair share of knowledge that I've gained as a volunteer into the Sheriff's Department. I do understand that's not much of a knowledge but my experience working as a volunteer is what I'm hoping that it will mean much. Along with my service with EMS I am willing to do as much as I can for the Sheriff's Department with what I've gained on the field.
