What are you motivations for joining the San Andreas Fire Department? [Minimum 50 words]
For me running towards the problem is my best option. Seeing someone when they're at their lowest point and weakest condition makes an impact on me and being able to provide assistance to them, whether it is controlling a bleeding or just keeping them calm during an accident, is a tremendous feeling and well for everything tat i've chosen the SAFD.
Describe with your own words, what does it mean to be a Firefighter or alternatively, a Paramedic [Minimum 50 words]:
I consider being a paramedic is to be a calm presence in the midst of chaos for people going through the worst time in their life. A Paramedic is not simply a driver; he/she must be able to solve problems under the highest of pressure and make split-second life or death decisions whilst doing so.
The role of Paramedic requires an unusual blend of strength and compassion. A Paramedic must possess enough technical ability to operate the most advanced medical equipment and perform accurate medical calculations, while also being human enough to reassure a terrified patient.
