[#CV-0162] United States vs. Klarissa Vaselin

Post by Marcus Fernandes »

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
v.
KLARISSA VASELIN
CRIMINAL NO. 240226-A

I. OPENING STATEMENT

Your Honor,

The Bureau formally brings charges against the defendant, Police Officer III Klarissa Vaselin, for her direct involvement in the sale of miscellaneous illegal items, which took place on July 23rd, 2026, at approximately 10:40 CET in Los Santos, specifically in the vicinity of City Hall.

On the specified date and time, an advertisement was posted by an individual, after which detectives contacted the advertiser by phone. The individual was subsequently identified through an MDC lookup as Klarissa Vaselin.

Detectives established formal contact with the suspect and, after confirming the meeting location, price, and transaction details, the suspect arrived at the agreed location at LSCH. At the location, an exchange involving six adrenaline syringes for $240,000 was successfully completed, after which all evidence was collected and secured.

On the same date, at approximately 03:45 CET, the arrest and search warrants related to the case were approved. Following this, the Detective Bureau assembled a unit to apprehend the suspect and search her properties. During the arrest attempt, the suspect resisted and attempted to harm government officials. She refused to remove her mask and began firing a Desert Eagle while multiple officers were present. The team apprehended the suspect outside LSPD headquarters, took her into custody, and transported her to Detective Bureau Headquarters.

At approximately 06:20 CET, the team successfully raided all three properties belonging to Klarissa Vaselin, where multiple adrenaline syringes, land mines, and foldable ballistic shields were discovered.

After processing, the suspect was interrogated by detectives. Initially, she claimed she did not know the reason for her arrest and attempted to mislead detectives by providing false information regarding the deal. However, when presented with the evidence, she confessed to her crimes and signed the confession papers. The suspect further claimed she was unaware that the items were illegal, despite being a police officer.

On February 24th, 2026, Klarissa Vaselin was transferred to the Federal Bureau of Investigation from the holding cells of SAPD and escorted to the FBI Field Office. Upon arrival, the illegal items were seized, logged as evidence, and secured in evidence lockers.

On February 25th, 2026, at approximately 09:52 CET, the suspect was interrogated by the FBI for a second time. During this interrogation, she again confessed to her crimes and signed a confession statement. She was later placed in the holding cells of the FBI Field Office.
