I. OPENING STATEMENT

Your honor,

Your Honor,
I would like to formally adress the accusations and the manner in which my arrest was conducted.
First and foremost, I was detained solely for wearing an Army uniform.Theres no direct or indirect evidence proving that I personally wrote the " National Guard" Marking on the Mesa nor drive it.Could've been parked there as decor .Ownership of a vehicle does not automatically establish autorship or intent and no proof has been presented to demonstrate that I was responsible for placing those markings. Also Vehicle has equiped with red] flag which is definitely not NG flag. Also vehicle has medpack on hood.If you have a clear look at the vehicle you'd clearly notice that the vehicle is not even close looking to current NG vehicle, which drops accusationst of LAW Impersonating.
Furthermore,at the time of the arrest,I was unarmed and simply present in GS9.Despite this,SWAT units deployed against me without any verbal warn, negotation attempt,or escalation protocol.I was tazed immediately, which constitutes excessive use of force against a unarmed civilian.
During the incident, several individuals in the area opened fire.SWAT officers responded by using heavy weaponry, resulting in multiple civilian deaths and significant damage to nearby vehicles and property. This shows a clear lack of professionalism and a violation of standard operational procedures, especially given that the situation could have been resolved peacefully.
At no point did I impersonate a NG member throught actions, commands or autority abuse.I did not indentify myself as military personnel.
I believe this situation could have been resolved with a simple phone call or verbal request.Had I been informed about the vehicle markings and asked to remove that,i would have fully cooperated without hesitation.Instead law enforcement chose an unnecessarily brutal approach.I recal being told by officers that my arrest was due to wearing additional uniform elements, yet this claim was not properly documented in court, which weakens the prosecution's case.
I formally request : The release and review of all body camera footage releated to this incident.
an internal investigation into swat protocol violations and excessive force.
Compensation by tthe state for damages caused to civillian vehicles and property during the operation.
This arrest was unjustified, disproportionate, and unsupported by sufficient evidence.
