I. OPENING STATEMENT
Your Honour,

According to the State Law Article I, Section IV Subsection 1, the San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr. Nan Ting and Ms. Veronica Steele as prosecution for this criminal proceeding against Ms. Fourth Barrs.

On 10/10/2025, around 00:50 CET, the San Andreas investigative detail operating undercover began a controlled buy to dismantle an illegal weapons distribution network at/near Montgomery Ammunation. The undercover operative posted an advertisement for "toy cases" to create a cover. The defendant, Fourth Barrs, responded and sold the undercover detective six (6) AK-47 cases and three (3) sniper rifle cases based on that contact. [EXHIBIT I] [EXHIBIT II]

After the transaction, a lawful search warrant was executed at the defendant's residence. The search executed revealed a substantial amount of illegal weapons, controlled substances, and related property, all of which were seized and entered into evidence. The inventory of items recovered from the location is described below and is also memorialized in the seizure report and evidence photographs. [EXHIBIT II]

The defendant's conduct — arranging and completing the sale of multiple cases of weapons, in addition to possessing numerous illegal narcotics and numerous explosive devices — amounted to an intentional trafficking scheme and possession of these items, resulting in endangerment to the public and undermining public safety. The facts revealed during the investigation, combined with officer observations and physical evidence, will prove an intentional scheme on behalf of the defendant for both trafficking and possession above outlined in the incident. The First Judicial District Court recognised this criminal case as submitted by Nan Ting & Veronica Steele on behalf of San Andreas Police Department. Let it be recognised that the court had assigned this case ID # CV-154. The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state/federal prosecution against Mr. Fourth Barrs, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes any possibility for summary dismissal.

I. FINDINGS
Upon reviewing the evidence submitted by the plaintiff. This court has found the evidence admissible in this here court of law. Furthermore, the charges requested by the plaintiff: SA-PSC VI.1. — Possession of an illegal substance, SA-PSC VI.2. — Possession of weapons and explosives, SA-PSC VI.3. — Miscellaneous items are sufficient for the infraction alleged by the plaintiff. It is the view of this court that, the plaintiff has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr Fourth Barrs has violated the aforementioned charges.

II. RULING
This court has accepted the plaintiff's charges of the aforementioned mentioned crimes. With this in mind, this court will impose the settlement offer proposed by the plaintiff. This court will impose the settlement offer of the plaintiff . The defendant is therefore sentenced to:

• — 8 years in a state correctional facility.

• — Seizure of 20 percent of the defendant’s net worth, totaling $1,724,289.

• The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.

• The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))

• The time stated in the 3rd point starts from 5th of November 2025 17:00PM CET and ends at the 12th November 2025 17:00PM CET. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 4th point and a bench warrant of arrest issued against yourself for contempt of court.
