I. OPENING STATEMENT:
Your Honour,

According to the State Law Article I, Section IV Subsection 1, the San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr. Nan Ting for this criminal proceeding against Mr. Mark Salazar.

7th of Oct 2025, approximately 19 CET. A Taxi found in front of the LSPD, found it with siren attached to its roof, then the Detectives towed to the yard and impounded then seized it. Mark Salazar, the defendant, owner of the Downtown Cab, which is the owner of the Taxi as well, claimed that he tuned the vehicle with a siren during the phone call. [EXHIBIT I]

The defendant is later arrested during an arrest warrant. In the investigation, the defendant confessed that he tuned the vehicle with a makeshift siren on its roof while under the learnt skills from the ''Auto Exotic Customs'' company just for so called ''test'' use meanwhile the vehicle is parked on the public area. [EXHIBIT II]

The San Andreas Police Department presents a case against Downtown Cab who owns a Taxi, numberplate DI3M170A which was used to impersonate a law enforcement agency on the 7th of October 2025, at approx. 17:22 CET. The San Andreas Police Department requests permanent seizure of the vehicle in accordance with USC V (F) Impersonating law enforcement or government which explicitly prohibits direct or indirect impersonation of law enforcement or government by use of stickers indicating "POLICE", "SHERIFF" or alike, or through misleading use of items to represent emergency lights.

The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state/federal prosecution against Mr. Mark Salazaar, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes any possibility for summary dismissal.

I. FINDINGS
Upon reviewing the evidence submitted by the plaintiff. This court has found the evidence admissible in this here court of law. Furthermore, the charges requested by the plaintiff: SA-PSC III.3. Impersonation of a law enforcement, emergency service, judicial or government official are sufficient for the infraction alleged by the plaintiff. It is the view of this court that, the plaintiff has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr Mark Salazaar has violated SA-PSC III.3. Impersonation of a law enforcement, emergency service, judicial or government official

II. RULING
This court has accepted the plaintiff's charges of the aforementioned mentioned crimes. With this in mind, this court will impose the settlement offer proposed by the plaintiff. This court will impose the settlement offer of the plaintiff . The defendant is therefore sentenced to:

• The defendant to serve 4 years in a state penitentiary.

• Seizure of 5 percent of defendant's networth, totaling $362,229.

• The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.

• The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))

• The time stated in the 3rd point starts from 29th of October 2025 10:00AM CET and ends at the 5th November 2025 10:00AM CET. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 4th point and a bench warrant of arrest issued against yourself for contempt of court.
