I. OPENING STATEMENT
The legal counsel of the San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr. Nan Ting & Mr. James Miller for this prosecution against Mr. Zen Gomez.

Your Honour, On 18 of September, the Detective Bureau has received a report from officer Olaf Lloyd about arresting a suspect who had huge amount of different types of weapon cases on him and he was jailed at SASP by Volunteer before Olaf tells him anything so Detective James Miller took on the report and started processing Zen Gomez at the jail and released him from there then moved him to LSPD and later in holding cell.

In the interrogation Zen has admitted that he bought these cases from the black market and he was going to put them in the HQ of his own group Gomez Syndicate therefore he was arrested at his HQ.

On 21 of September, search warrant was executed on his house at Marina, Los Santos 425. Apparently nothing was found there.

Officer Olaf's statement was taken by the Detective as well as his bodycam was reviewed at LSPD which prove Zen's possession of weapons under the approval of Police Lieutenant Nan Ting.

With that being said, the Detective Bureau states the following:

The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state/federal prosecution against Mr. Zen Gomez, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes any possibility for summary dismissal.

I. FINDINGS
Upon reviewing the evidence submitted by the plaintiff. This court has found the evidence admissible in this here court of law. Furthermore, the charges requested by the plaintiff:

• 5x SA-PSC § VI.2. Possession of weapons and explosives
  - SA-PSC § VI.2. Possession of AK-47
  - SA-PSC § VI.2. Possession of Sniper Rifle
  - SA-PSC § VI.2. Possession of Rocket Launcher
  - SA-PSC § VI.2. Possession of IED
  - SA-PSC § VI.2. Possession of M4 Carbine

are sufficient for the infraction alleged by the plaintiff. It is the view of this court that, the plaintiff has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr Zen Gomez has violated stated charges. The defendant has Furthermore demonstrated a total disregard for this court's authority by not responding to the summons against himself. By virtue of the defendant having not responded to the summons. Mr Zen Gomez has therefore forfeited his constitutionally guaranteed civil rights to appear before a court under the presumption of innocent until proven guilty.

II. RULING
This court has accepted the plaintiff's charges of the aforementioned mentioned crimes. With this in mind, this court will impose the demands of the plaintiff. Summary judgement is therefore issued against the defendant, and he is therefore sentenced to the following:

• The defendant to serve 20 years in a state penitentiary.

• Seizure of 60 percent of the defendant's net worth, totaling 719,400$

• The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after The time stated in the 2nd point starts from 2nd of November 2025 20:00PM CET and ends on the of 9th November 2025 20:00PM CET. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the Court ordering further asset seizures as outlined in the 2nd point and a bench warrant of arrest issued against yourself for contempt of court. time limit is over in case the Defendant's net-worth had not been processed as ordered.

• The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he wants to within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case to my Discord DMs or Forum PM me the transfer))

BY ORDER OF THESAN ANDREAS DISTRICT COURT:

Upon review of the summary judgment issued in Case #CV-152, and the failure of the Defendant, Mr. Zen Gomez, to comply with court-ordered payment and deadlines, the Court hereby **directs the San Andreas Police Department (SAPD)** to carry out the following actions:

1. **Seizure of Property and Assets**
The SAPD is authorized to seize any and all property, financial accounts, and tangible assets belonging to Mr. Zen Gomez, up to the total amount of **$719,400**, representing 60% of the Defendant's net worth as ordered by the Court. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Real estate, including residences, offices, and associated grounds
- Vehicles, registered under the Defendant’s name or control
- Bank accounts
- Personal valuables, safe items

2. **Execution Timeline**
SAPD shall begin execution immediately upon service of this order. The Defendant is afforded no further delay; assets shall be secured within **7 days**, and any property not immediately liquid may be held pending disposition.

3. **Inventory and Reporting**
- SAPD shall prepare a full inventory of seized assets and provide a copy to the Court within **5 business days** of execution.
- The inventory must detail the type of asset, location, estimated value, and custodian of the asset. (administration should help with this.)

4. **Payment and Deposit**
All liquidated funds or seized assets shall be deposited into the **Government Bank (Group Account ID#1)**, as directed in the original judgment. Proper proof of deposit must be forwarded to the Court via forum PM or Discord as per procedural requirements.

5. **Failure to Comply**
Should the Defendant fail to satisfy the judgment within the prescribed timeline, SAPD is authorized to:
- Execute further asset seizures as necessary to satisfy the Court order
- Initiate a **bench warrant of arrest** against the Defendant for contempt of court

6. **Coordination**
SAPD shall receive communication from this court once inventory of the defendant's assets has been declared to this a directive of when a public auction is to be conducted to settle the demands of the plaintiff.
