1.INTRODUCTION

To the honorable court,

The San Andreas Sheriff's Department comes before you today represented by Legal Consuel Franklin Grey and Inspector Aaron Reeve for the prosecution of Mr. Ska Benga.

Your Honor, on October 13rd, 2025 at approx. 03:30 PM, during a chase the driver identified as Ska Benga failed to comply to the lawful orders to stop.
During the pursuit, the suspect engaged in reckless driving, including:

• Ignoring traffic signals,
• Endangering pedestrians and other motorists, and
• Attempting to evade multiple law enforcement units.

The chase concluded when the suspect’s Sultan lost control and entered the water. Responding units secured the area and successfully took the suspect into custody without further incident.

When frisked by the deputies, Mr. Benga was found in possession of $120.703 marked US dollars.
During the interrogation he admited the money come from illegal activities described as Vehicular Theft.

A search warrant was issued on his name and the Special Operations Bureau of The San Andreas Sheriff's Department executed the warrant at the owned houses.
During the search controlled heavy weaponry was found inside one of the houses that was seized by the present units.

The First Judicial District Court recognised this criminal case as submitted by Franklin Grey & Aaron reeves on behalf of San Andreas Police Department. Let it be recognised that the court had assigned this case ID # CV-151. The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state/federal prosecution against Mr. Ska Benga, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes any possibility for summary dismissal.

I. FINDINGS
Upon reviewing the evidence submitted by the plaintiff. This court has found the evidence admissible in this here court of law. Furthermore, the charges requested by the plaintiff: SA-PSC § III.13. Resisting arrest, SA-PSC § VI.2. Possession of weapons and explosives (M4, AK47 and Sniper Rifle), SA-PSC § VII.3. Reckless Driving, SA-PSC § VII.6. Vehicular Evasion, SA-PSC § VI.3. Miscellaneous items are sufficient for the infraction alleged by the plaintiff. It is the view of this court that, the plaintiff has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr Ska Benga has violated stated charges. The defendant has Furth more demonstrated a total disregard for this court's authority by not responding to the summons against himself. By virtue of the defendant having not responded to the summons. Mr Ska Benga has therefore forfeited his constitutionally guaranteed civil rights to appear before a court under the presumption of innocent until proven guilty.

II. RULING
This court has accepted the plaintiff's charges of the aforementioned mentioned crimes. With this in mind, this court will impose the de mands of the plaintiff. Summary judgementent is therefore issued against the defandant, and he is therefore sentenced to the following:

• The defendant to serve 10 years in a state penitentiary.

• The State of San Andreas represented by the San Andreas Sheriff's Department is to execute a court mandated arrest of the aforementioned defendant (Mr Ska Benga)

• The defendant is therefore remanded in custody and is to report to the San Andreas State Penitentiary. The San Andreas Sheriff's Department is to oversee that procedure.
