3. SKILLS AND MOTIVATION
- Personality Traits: I see myself as a calm and intelligent man, I may be stubborn sometimes but I am able to communicate properly with colleagues during operations. I don't like starting arguments and rivalries within the department, especially as a newcomer. When it comes to choices and responsibilities I always prefer the best option, and I always keep my word no matter what, I never break a promise. I think I'll make a great work within San Andreas Sheriff's Department as an official, with my past experience as SAPD: Officer and currently an Army Reserve in the National Guard of San Andreas.
- Skills and Abilities: Honestly, I'm good at undercover operations and planning, and I hope to prove these skills in the future in the San Andreas Sheriff's Department. My communcation is decent, I'm capable of updating my colleagues during operations via communication, it is a must in every law enforcement agency, without it everything is quite useless. I know most of the San Andreas, especially the highly populated areas like Los Santos, it's good for my driving skills and great during tasks and deployments.
- Why do you wish to join the San Andreas Sheriff's Department? I wish to join the San Andreas Sheriff's Department to enforce the laws in the country side and help the poor side of San Andreas live fairly and lawfully. I noticed the SASD requires more units, as there are multiple places with high criminal activity, such as Blueberry, Montgomery etc.. I am a strong believer in disicpline, teamwork and professionalism. I'm able to provide respect and integrity towards the citizens of San Andreas. I think I'd be a great candidate due to my past experience which I've mentioned before, I noticed the SASD's activities in San Andreas, and to be honest, they are actually greater than I expected, I was motivated to apply and serve the San Andreas Sheriff's Deparment, joining the SASD would allow me to grow both mentally but also physically. Hopefully, I'll be able to serve the San Andreas Sheriff's Department and protect the civilians from criminal activities in our jurisdiction.
- What do you hope to contribute to the San Andreas Sheriff's Department? I hope to help the San Andreas Sheriff's Department with my skills and abilities I mentioned above:
Undercover operations; I hope to see myself helping with obtaining information and leads during undercover deployments.
Planning; I'd love to help SASD with planning during emergencies, such as a jewelry heist, it requires planning and patience, I noticed many SAPD employees instantly breaching as soon as they arrived at the scene.
