State of San Andreas v. Pistachio Kray



I. OPENING STATEMENT

The Office of Legal Counsel of the San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr. Daniel Steele for this prosecution against Mr. Pistaschio Kray.

Today we bring forth a matter that highlights the importance and dangers of impersonating Peace Officers.
Evidence brought to the Court's attention reveals that on the 06th of May, 2025, a civilian had made a 911 call through to dispatch about an Individual possessing a vehicle that impersonates a peace officer.

The San Andreas Police Department presents a case against Pistachio Kray who the following vehicles: Rancher and Huntley with number plates 71HW9263,VWD910I6 which were used to impersonate a law enforcement agency on the 06/05/25, at approximately,13:40 CET. The San Andreas Police Department requests permanent seizure of both vehicle in accordance with SA-PSC § III.3. Impersonation of a law enforcement, emergency service, judicial or government official. [F] Which is a felony under state law.

The First Judicial District Court recognizes this Civil Lawsuit as submitted by Detective & Legal Counsel Daniel Steele, henceforth the Plaintiff on behalf of the San Andreas Police Department. The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the Plaintiff against Mr. Pistachio Kray, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes possibility for summary dismissal. Since this case has not been solved, I the honorable Judge, Steve Anderson will handle this case, the defendant and a new legal counsel has still 48 hours to respond.

VEHICLE SEIZURE REQUEST

The First Judicial District Court recognises this criminal case as submitted by Former Officer Daniel Stelee and C.O.P Kacper Kowalski on behalf of San Andreas Police Department . The evidence provided in the initial documentation is deemed as sufficient and does remove possibility for summary dismissal.

I. FINDINGS
On the 11/06/2025, a case was filed by Daniel Stelee on behalf of San Andreas Police Department against Pistachio Kray. The First Judicial District Court has reviewed the evidence and has found it sufficient enough to proceed with the charges against Ms. Kray. Also the defendant declined to appear in court as she wrote an email to me that she won’t come.

Ms.Pistachio Kray is accused to be in violation of the following Federal and State laws.

CRIMES INVOLVING THE UNTIED STATES

(F) Impersonating law enforcement or government
  • (1) Any person which uses any means to directly or indirectly impersonate law enforcement or government, such as writing "FBI" or "POLICE" over their vehicle, or their clothes, or their properties, or through certain style of clothing or vehicle styling combined with behavior implies to be a law enforcement official or a government employee, shall have said asset permanently seized or seized for no less than 7 days and no more than 14 days, or be fined no less than $50,000 and no more than $5,000,000 or imprisoned for no less than 5 years.

Pretending to be or acting as a peace officer or a federal judge while not being a member of such an organization.
  • SA-PSC § II.3.4. Miscellaneous
    • Usage of neon lights in red and blue combination is prohibited as it may appear as law enforcement emergency lights.
    • Writings on vehicles which resemble a law enforcement agency, emergency service or government is prohibited.
    • Any actions or modifications to vehicles which would make them resemble law enforcement, emergency service or
      government is strictly prohibited
II. RULING
The Court finds Pistachio Kray guilty of the afformentioned crime and shall be responsible for the illegal modifications which were installed on the vehicle. The Court orders an immediate seizure of afformentioned vehicle Huntley with numberplate 71HW9263 belonging to Pistachio Kray. The seizure of the vehicle shall be permanent.

III. DEMANDS
  • Ms. Pistachio Kray is fined a sum of $100,000.
  • Huntley plated 71HW9263 to be permanently seized and transferred to the Government ((Government(Gov) Group, ask Manager or Lead/Senior Admin to do it)).
  • The Defendant is given a period of seven days to fulfill the fine in the 1st point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's haven't paid the fine.
  • The defendant can pay the fine whenever they want within the given time limit to the Hon. District Judge Steve Anderson’s bank account (Private Account) ID#736 or directly to the Government Bank (Group Bank Account) ID#1.
  • The time stated in the 3rd point starts from 31th of July 2025 15:00 CET and ends at the 6th August 2025 15:00 CET. Failure to abide by the date will result in issuing a warrant to seize the properties and/or increasing the debts of the Defendant's net-worth to pay the fine.
