I. OPENING STATEMENT
To the Honorable Court,
Mr. Aditya ver has chosen Ethan Riley as his legal representative for this case.

On June 13, 2025, at approximately 14:30 CET, Mr. Aditya Ver—owner of Scover Loan Services—provided a loan of $2,000,000 USD to Mr. Qasim Palari, followed by an additional $7,000,000 USD five minutes later, with an interest rate of 15%. The contract was valid from June 13, 2025, to June 20, 2025.

Mr. Qasim Palari failed to repay the amount within the deadline stated in the contract. Supporting evidence has been submitted to the Court.
