The First Judicial District Court recognized this civil case as submitted by
Legal Consuel of San Andreas Sheriff's Department Franklin Grey & Undersheriff Farrell Brexton on behalf of
San Andreas Sheriff's Department. Let it be recognized that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-
0140. The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the prosecution against
Mr. Pistachio Kray, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes any possibility for summary dismissal.
I. FINDINGS
The Court has reviewed the case and determined that the markings on the vehicle "Premier" plated "N4D7SRP2". The SHERIFF marking on the vehicle is deemed illegal as well as the lights used in the process to identify as peace officer.
The intentions to drive around while using such markings and objects is strictly showing the goal of this action, in which is impersonating law enforcement.
The Court finds Mr. Pistachio Kray
GUILTY
Mr. Pistachio is charged with SA-PSC § III.3. And per the Federal Laws, U.S.C. V. F (1). Mr. Pistachio is fined a sum of $100,000.
The Court orders a
permanent of seizure the following vehicle:
Premier plated N4D7SRP2.
II. RULING
- Mr. Pistachio Kray is fined a sum of $100,000.
- Premier plated N4D7SRP2 to be permanently seized and transferred to the Government ((Government(Gov) Group, ask Manager or Lead/Senior Admin to do it)).
- The Defendant is given a period of seven days to fulfill the fine in the 1st point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's haven't paid the fine.
- The defendant can pay the fine whenever they want within the given time limit to the Hon. District Judge Kira Hernandez's bank account (Private Account) ID#696 or directly to the Government Bank (Group Bank Account) ID#1.
- The time stated in the 3rd point starts from 20th of June 2025 15:00 CET and ends at the 27th July 2025 15:00 CET. Failure to abide by the date will result in issuing a warrant to seize the properties and/or increasing the debts of the Defendant's net-worth to pay the fine.
