Well, i have always wanted to be part of something that actually helps people. I have seen EMS respond in some serious situations, and I really respect how they handle the pressure. I think i got the right mindset and calm under stress to do the same. Also, I want to give back to the community in a way that matters.

Describe with your own words, what does it mean to be a Firefighter or alternatively, a Paramedic [Minimum 50 words]:
Being a Paramedic or a Firefighter actually means showing up when everything???s going wrong and trying to make it better. It???s not just about patching people up it is also about keeping your head straight when there???s chaos. You have to think fast, stay cool, and care about people even when things are rough. It's tough work, but someone???s gotta do it, and I would be proud to be that person.

We regret to inform you that after a negative evaluation, we have decided to reject your request to enroll in the department. Your application was rejected based on the following reasons:


* Negative evaluation from the RTD Staff.
* Lack of activity/interest and through that, applicant has shown poor performances on VT duties.


To re-apply, you need to wait at least 2 weeks. You may apply again after the 21st of June. Any submitted application before the stated period will be immediately denied.
