INITIATION OF MAYORAL ELECTION FOR SAN ANDREAS STATE
The United States Congress herein initiates the election for the position of:
- Mayor of Los Santos
- Mayor of San Fierro
- Mayor of Las Venturas
for a term of three (3) months.
Authority
A mayor has the lawful authority to:
- Set tax that is paid upon purchase of a house within their city jurisdiction
- Set tax that is paid upon purchase of a business within their city jurisdiction
- Set tax that is paid upon purchase of a vehicle within their city jurisdiction
- Set tax that is paid upon purchase of an item within a business within their city jurisdiction
- Set tax that is paid monthly for properties that are owned
- Set paycheck bonuses for jobs performed within their city jurisdiction
- Set fee for toll passage
- Amend State Laws if 2 of 3 Mayors agree upon the amendment
- Arrange activities or operations by Police Department, Sheriff Department, Fire Department within their city jurisdiction
Obligations
A mayor has the lawful obligations to:
- Actively be involved in the development of the City;
- Conduct at least four public conferences per month;
- Conduct at least two community projects per month;
- Be present in the state and actively communicate with State and City Agencies;
- Serve the citizens as a public servant and execute the campaign promises and other deeds for the betterment of the State, its the quality of life and the people;

March 28 — March 30: filing for candidature to participate in election as mayoral candidate
March 31 — April 06: campaigning
April 07 — April 08: voting
April 09: inauguration
