State of San Andreas v. Kyle Kray

I. OPENING STATEMENT
The Legal Counsel of the San Andreas Police Department (hereinafter "SAPD") has assigned Crestet Cesimir for this prosecution against Mr. Kyle Kray, the head of the Venturas Crime Syndicate (hereinafter "organization").

On January 13, 2025, an undercover operation targeting the organization was commenced by the SAPD. An undercover detective successfully infiltrated the organization and gathered evidence of its illegal activities. The organization's main storage facility, used by its members to store illegal items, was discovered to be located at 498 Greenglass College, Las Venturas.

On February 13, 2025, Mr. Kyle Kray was recorded by the undercover detective loading sniper cases out of the organization's main storage facility. [EXHIBIT I]

On the same date, the organization's main storage facility was searched by the SAPD, and several controlled items, including a large number of weapon cases and narcotics, were found. [EXHIBIT II]

The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state prosecution against Mr. Kyle Kray, henceforth the Defendant, is deemed as sufficient and removes possibility for summary dismissal. Let it be recognised that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-0128.

To the Defendant:
You have forty-eight (48) hours to confirm whether you will be represented by a legal counsel or intend to defend yourself in this case. If you have hired legal counsel, please have them reply to this court communique with their details. The First Judicial District Court recognised this criminal case as submitted by Detective Crestet Cesimir on behalf of San Andreas Police Department on Monday 3rd March, 2025 at 6:28 PM. Let it be recognised that the court has assigned this case ID # CV-0128.

I. FINDINGS
The evidence provided in the initial documentation provided by the state prosecution against Mr. Kyle Kray, henceforth the Defendant, has been reviewed and has found it sufficient enough to proceed with the charges against the Defendant. Considering that Mr. Kyle Kray has pleaded guilty as of the settlement offer by the Plaintiff. The Court finds Mr. Kyle Kray to be in violation of the following state laws, as outlined by the Plaintiff:

• SA-PSC § VI.1. Possession of an illegal substance. (Cocaine, Heroin, Methamphetamine)
• SA-PSC § VI.2. Possession of weapons and explosives. (Ak-47, M4, Sniper Rifle, RPG, Molotov Cocktail, Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG), C4 Explosives,

  II. RULING
  The court finds Mr. Kyle Kray guilty of the aforementioned crime(s) as per his guilty plea & revised settlement, therefore he is sentenced to:
  
  • 12 years in a state penitentiary. ((1.2 hours ))
  • 30% seizure of the Defendant's net worth totaling: $14,527,429.
  • The Defendant has period of seven (7) days to fulfill the 2nd point, an amount of 10% interest is added for every 24 hours passed after the time limit is over in case the Defendant's net worth had not been processed as ordered.
  • The Defendant can pay the amount stated whenever he want within the given time limit directly to the Government Bank ((Group Account)) ID#1. ((Ensure to provide screenshot of the payment in that case))
  • The time stated in the 2nd point starts from 4th of March 2025 16:00 CET and ends at the 11th March 2025 16:00 CET. Failure to abide by the date will result in seizure of more of the Defendant's properties as stated in the 3rd point.
