
State of San Andreas v. Kyle Kray
I. OPENING STATEMENT
The Legal Counsel of the San Andreas Police Department (hereinafter "SAPD") has assigned Crestet Cesimir for this prosecution against Mr. Kyle Kray, the head of the Venturas Crime Syndicate (hereinafter "organization").
On January 13, 2025, an undercover operation targeting the organization was commenced by the SAPD. An undercover detective successfully infiltrated the organization and gathered evidence of its illegal activities. The organization's main storage facility, used by its members to store illegal items, was discovered to be located at 498 Greenglass College, Las Venturas.
On February 13, 2025, Mr. Kyle Kray was recorded by the undercover detective loading sniper cases out of the organization's main storage facility. [EXHIBIT I]
On the same date, the organization's main storage facility was searched by the SAPD, and several controlled items, including a large number of weapon cases and narcotics, were found. [EXHIBIT II]
