4. Why do you wish to reinstate?:
   I'm formally writing this reinstatement application as a previous supervisory EMT and firefighter in both SAFMD and its external body of Internal Affairs. During my absence, I had the chance to reconsider my career goals and have realized how much I value being part of this department as a fireman. Moreover, I have also found the issued badge number, #112.
   
   I'm particularly interested in expanding my skills by focusing on arson investigations and incident response. These areas align with my current investigative knowledge and emergency management. I'm willing to aggrandize myself in this adventure and perhaps hone my competencies to grow both personally and professionally through new challenges.
   
   I would be grateful to have this window of opportunity to reinstate and take part in this department once more, please let me know if there's anything further I can provide to assist with the process.
