Hospitallers Recognition Act represents a step to assist the on-going rebellion against the state of San Andreas. In January 11th, 2025, "The U.S. Congress has been made aware of a new movement igniting in the territory of Tierra Robada and Bone County of the San Andreas State, where remains of the former Whetstone Woodland Insurgency are reestablishing themselves under a new movement called "Union of Saharan Serpents Revenants" and are engaging in hostile activities against the law enforcement and the residents of said territories." quoted; H. RES. 037. RECOGNITION OF A TERRORIST GROUP
Hospitallers are hereby recognised by the Governor and the State Government to operate within the lands of the San Andreas State as non-profitable organisation aimed to provide healthcare and assist all citizens to find shelter and escort to safety.
The Hospitallers are granted by the San Andreas Fire Department authorisation to operate with their equipment & building in the said territory; Tierra Robada & Bone County. To succeed its mission.
Terms of Authority;
- Any person requires the assistance of the said organisation may head to the El Quebrados Hospital in Tierra Robada.
- Hospitallers may operate in their vehicles around the territories mentioned; Tierra Robada, Bone County.
- Black Rancher with White Cross and plated EMS, Black Ambulance with White Cross plated EMS, with emergency identifications as stated in SA-PSC § II.3.1. Emergency Services Vehicles. Point 5 fall under same jurisdiction of the vehicle identification.
- The Organisation will not receive any paychecks rather donations or funds only in request by the highest rank of the organisation, in which will be logged in the appropriate documentations, supervised by the leader of the reign, ranked Grand Master, and under assistance of the Governor of San Andreas & Chief of Fire of San Andreas Fire Department.
- Hospitallers are allowed to defend themselves from any hostiles with legal purchased weaponry, they are not to use any military grade weapons in the process. All under SA-PSC § I.13. Self Defense.
- Hospitallers are not permitted to par-take in any battle between any agency or organisation in the entire State.
