Being an EMS means u need to be ready to risk ur life
To save others and needs to understand that this is not a joke, its a great responsibility, and we should focus to not make mestakes and have the ability to stay calm under pressure, also to be good at communication with people to give them a better quality service, and treat them with respect specialy
High ranked staff, they know better and we should learn from them.
