Case Copy - San Andreas State v. Jonathan Weed

Honorable judges,
The San Andreas Police Department presents a case against Mr. Jonathan Weed who owns two vehicles (Premier), numberplates: "434NL1V4 and M185LKU5" which were used to impersonate a law enforcement agency on the 31/12/2024, at two different times of 1:04 CET and 14:27 CET. The San Andreas Police Department requests permanent seizure of the vehicles per SA-PSC § II.3. Impersonation of a law enforcement, emergency service, judicial or government official classed as SA-PSC § II.3.4. Miscellaneous which explicitly prohibits direct or indirect impersonation of law enforcement or government by use of any actions or modifications to vehicles which would make them resemble law enforcement, emergency service or government. In this case, both of Mr. Jonathan Weed's premiers had "SHERRIF" and "SAN ANDREAS SHERRIF" in white markings consistent with the green color shade that the Sheriff Department uses on their departmental vehicles.
