Post by Martin Winchester »

State of San Andreas v. Luxury Motorsports

I. OPENING STATEMENT
The San Andreas Police Department has assigned Mr. Martin Winchester for this prosecution against Luxury Motorsports.

Your Honor, today we reckon justice by filing this criminal case against Luxury Motorsports company, its Chairmen ((Owners)) Thomas Young - Brian Coleman - Rouge Fedija, and the involved employee, ((Boss)) Abu Fatima. The defendants are accused of facilitating an illicit pattern of law enforcement impersonation, enabling criminal activities through their company for illegal vehicle modifications, and operating a business rife with negligence and absolute disorganization. By allowing unsupervised access to sensitive equipment and failing to implement even the most basic oversight and supervision, Luxury Motorsports created an environment where public safety was repeatedly compromised which could be referred to as some sort of vigilantism act. This case highlights the crucial need for accountability to protect our state and avoid future violations of the law as it have been lately happening in the great state of San Andreas.

On the 1st of November, 2024, around approximately 22:00 CET, there were reports of a masked individual driving a black Monster Truck with red-blue sirens attached to it. The SAPD Detectives managed to apprehend the subject in a breathtaking pursuit. After that, the suspect was taken into custody, suspect was acknowledged as "Dominique Burns." After the recent investigations, this was linked to the Luxury Motorsports. Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit I

On 13th December 2024, a vehicle with illegal red sirens, falsely marked as an EMS vehicle, was driven and owned by Mr. Silas Jones.
SAPD Detectives conducted a covert investigation leading to the possible connection with Luxury Motorsports as the source of such modifications. Furthermore, with a court order of vehicle seizure, his vehicle was impounded and unmodified of illegally installed equipment. After the recent investigations, this was also linked to the Luxury Motorsports. Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit II

On 14th December 2024, a vehicle (Clover) equipped with red and blue sirens and marked with "Hood Guards" and "Dial: 435" was observed engaging in the impersonation of law enforcement in front of Los Santos City Hall. Present units during the incident were on-duty SAPD personnel, including Volunteer Piper Lynch, retired Police Officer Dominic Saileri, and Detective Harry Fletcher.
The vehicle's occupants were masked but it is presumed to have been Rouge Fedija and his partner Abu Fatima. This presumption is based on Mr. Fedija having shown his passport to SAPD Detective Harry Fletcher and the number "435" written on the front left fender of the Clover being associated with Abu Fatima. *SAPD Detective Harry Fletcher is available to provide sworn testimony regarding this matter.*
Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit III

During a business inspection on the 21st of December 2024, SAPD Detectives uncovered multiple violations, including:
  • A SuperGT vehicle with "FBI" insignia and a device resembling explosives.
  • A Caddy vehicle with "Security" writing and blue & red siren.
  • A Clover vehicle with "Hood Guard" writing and blue & red siren.
  • Missing and disorganized business records, suggesting attempts to conceal illicit activities.
  • Vehicles previously identified in impersonation cases, confirming their connection to the company.
After the conclusion of the business inspection on Luxury Motorsports, Mr. Rouge Fedija was arrested and interrogated for the said crime, he also signed a confession letter regarding his violation. During the interrogation, Mr. Fedija was questioned about the cause of the disorganization of his company and unsupervised employment of Dominique Burns and Silas Jones which he addressed to it by **quotes Rouge Fedija's statement** "Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: It would be insane if we monitored each and every employee and his personal doings." However more details will be documented in III. Evidence - Exhibit V

A confidential source has submitted evidence to the Detective Bureau in regard to Mr. Rouge Fedija, representing Luxury Motorsports and Abu Fatima as the modifier, who have donated an illegally modified Burrito vehicle equipped with an emergency service siren to the Whetstone Government. The motive behind this donation remains unclear, raising suspicions about potential ties between the company, the Whetstone Government, and its paramilitary terrorist organization. The prosecution will disclose the confidential source to the respective judge only for evidence evaluation.
Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit VI

Also, an arrest warrant executed on Abu Fatima on 28th December 2024, confirmed their direct involvement in the crimes. Confessions obtained during interrogations further implicated Luxury Motorsports and its leadership in facilitating and organizing these violations.

Your Honor, we are grateful for your attention and admire your patience in hearing the statement of facts and events.

[22:32:01] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: That's right,

[22:32:50] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: An employee.
[22:33:34] Martin Winchester says: That's right, I want names Mr. Fedija.

[22:36:59] Martin Winchester says: What if I find another member of yours committing the same crime?
[22:37:16] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: I'm uncertian.

[22:38:00] Martin Winchester says: Do you have something to tell me?
[22:38:17] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: I believe there are no other participators in the process of modyfing those vehicles.
[22:38:44] Martin Winchester says: How about Silas Jones? Or Brian Coleman?

[22:40:38] Martin Winchester says: Why? Your company does not hold a track of the records?
[22:41:09] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: The Second owner himself didn't keep track of it.
[22:41:38] Martin Winchester says: *sighs** How unorganized...
[22:41:49] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Unorganized is not a crime sir.
[22:42:16] Martin Winchester says: Did I refer to it as a crime? No.
[22:42:33] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: This is a room to discuss about crimes in an interrogation, am i wrong?
[22:42:52] Martin Winchester says: You are very correct,
[22:43:56] Martin Winchester says: However, we have an evidence of a Monster Truck using police sirens.
[22:44:05] Martin Winchester says: A black colored Monster Truck to be exact.
[22:44:25] Martin Winchester says: Why did your company provide such service to the owner of that truck?
[22:44:27] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Excuse me I come to question your proffessionality as a department right now.
[22:44:59] Martin Winchester says: You are in no position to question me mister, you are the subject of this interrogation.
[22:45:06] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: You said, and i quote, "black colored monster truck"
[22:45:25] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: However i did happen to own one, and It was not black.
[22:45:37] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: You have made a huge mistake.
[22:46:13] * Martin Winchester is geniunely concerned about Rouge's statement.
[22:46:26] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Perhaps if you looked a bit better.
[22:46:28] Martin Winchester says: Are you hard of hearing by any chance? Do you use hearing aid device?
[22:46:37] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: I did happen to own a Monster Truck, it used a racing paintjob.
[22:46:44] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: I happen to know the guy with a black monster truck Personally.
[22:47:06] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: The guy who owns quoted truck is Dominique Burns.
[22:47:07] Martin Winchester says: Tell me more about it.
[22:47:22] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: My ex-truck had a specific racing pattern as a paintjob.
[22:47:29] * Martin Winchester confirms Rouge's last statement with a firm nod.
[22:47:35] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: And it couldn't have been changed.
[22:48:31] Martin Winchester says: Alright why did your company provide such service to the owner of the monster truck?
[22:49:02] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: The owner of the truck is the only person that could do it.
[22:49:15] Martin Winchester says: Dominique Burns?
[22:49:18] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Correct.
[22:49:39] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: It would be insane if we monitored each and every employee and his personal doings.
[22:49:39] Martin Winchester says: Are you telling me that he did it all by himself?
[22:50:20] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: And i have proof to confirm that there was no other who made that modification than Domin..
[22:50:20] ..ique himself.
[22:50:42] Martin Winchester says: Would you perhaps provide that "proof"?
[22:51:08] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Of course, the car poses a hazard on the roads with the large body and wheels.
[22:51:21] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Making it illegal to sell or give out.
[22:51:37] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: And if you do not have legal possesion of the vehicle, even with a spare key.
[22:51:45] Martin Winchester says: No I meant the evidence of "Doinique Burns doing the modification all by himself".
[22:52:08] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Yes, he couldn't have sold the truck to a third party to tune it for him.
[22:52:48] Martin Winchester says: But you said it is possible to do by using a spared key.
[22:53:14] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Excuse me i said "... even with a spare key" before you cut me off.
[22:53:27] Martin Winchester says: Continue on.
[22:53:30] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: My next statement was "Even with a spare key you couldn't do it"
[22:54:28] Martin Winchester says: Right, so how did Dominique Burns resourced those police sirens? By a temporary invitiation to the co..
[22:54:28] ..mpany?
[22:55:00] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Correct, as i have previously mentioned it would be insane to supervise every employee at..
[22:55:00] .. all times.
[22:55:16] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: So he evidently lied to us to get a spot and violate his position and power.
[22:55:58] Martin Winchester says: I see, so your company has been offering temporary access to this kind modification to the public wit..
[22:55:58] ..h no proper supervision.
[22:56:23] Martin Winchester says: As you said, "It would be insane to monitor every single employee".
[22:56:29] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: How have you came to the conclusion of the "Temporary access"
[22:57:00] Martin Winchester says: You confirmed the correctness of my previous question where I referred to it as a "Temporary Access/I..
[22:57:00] ..nvitation".
[22:57:31] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: May you quote the part where i confirmed the statement.
[22:57:49] Martin Winchester says: "Correct".
[22:58:07] Martin Winchester says: That is simply enough to prove my point.
[22:58:23] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: I seem to stand corrected, as i overlooked the "temporary part".
[22:59:02] Martin Winchester says: Yes, if you want to argue that claim, well Dominique Burns is not the only person on the list.
[22:59:07] Martin Winchester says: We have other names too.
[22:59:13] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: May we hear?
[23:00:20] Martin Winchester says: It is deemed to be confidential, cannot disclose a detail of an ongoing investigation in a classified..
[23:00:20] .. case like this.
[23:00:24] Martin Winchester says: Moving on.
[23:00:43] Martin Winchester says: What's the connection between Luxury Motorsports and the Whetstone Woodland Insurgency?
[23:01:32] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: We had a deal with Whetstone Goverment to donate them a Burrito.
[23:01:44] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Unaware of their illegal paramilitant branch
[23:02:02] * Martin Winchester nods, gesturing Rouge to go on with his statement.
[23:02:13] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: So the Burrito is signed under Whetstone Goverment, not the insurgency themselves.
[23:03:33] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: That's it, i've nothing else to say.
[23:03:34] Martin Winchester says: Right, it is still concerning that your company donated to Whetstone Government.
[23:03:56] Martin Winchester says: What's the cause behind this, Does your company support their ideologies and plans?
[23:04:56] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: We haven't donated to the militant branch,.
[23:05:10] Martin Winchester says: I acknowledged that in your first statement.
[23:05:19] Martin Winchester says: What's the reason behind this donation?
[23:06:00] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: We wanted to support their health department as rumors of FCFD rose. They were shut down ..
[23:06:00] ..after the donation.
[23:07:04] Martin Winchester says: So you voluntarily made this donation, they did not request you to do it... right?
[23:07:37] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Yes.
[23:08:07] Martin Winchester says: I see, who provided the modification service of the said Burrito?
[23:08:21] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Abu Fatima.
[23:08:39] Martin Winchester says: Alright.
[23:09:05] Martin Winchester says: Is there any other vehicle that you or your company modified to impersonate the law enforcement?
[23:09:21] Martin Winchester says: Excluding the vehicles that we discovered today...
[23:10:20] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Not ones right now excluding the ones we checked today.
[23:10:37] * Martin Winchester shakes his head in disappointment.
[23:10:56] Martin Winchester says: I thought you are well aware of the consequences of lying in this interrogation.
[23:11:03] Martin Winchester says: Obstruction of Justice right there!
[23:11:18] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: I think not, may you point out the exact obstruction of justice?
[23:11:51] Martin Winchester says: We have a solid proof to back that claim in the court.
[23:12:01] Martin Winchester says: I give you one more chance to think of your recent invitations and customs.
[23:12:36] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: as i quoted, "Not ones RIGHT NOW" meaning there arent any under our ownership which exist..
[23:12:36] .. at this moment.
[23:13:43] Martin Winchester says: Irrelevant, your company did provide the service.
[23:13:58] Martin Winchester says: It does not necessarily depends on the ownership.
[23:14:04] Martin Winchester says: Depend*.
[23:14:05] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Correct, in the past it had.
[23:15:19] Martin Winchester says: I'm still waiting for a solid and truthfull answer for my previous question.
[23:15:33] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: May you repeat the question
[23:15:53] Martin Winchester says: Is there any other vehicle that you or your company modified to impersonate the law enforcement?
[23:15:58] Martin Winchester says: Excluding the vehicles that we discovered today...
[23:16:33] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Not that I am aware of. There had been one in the past which doesn't exist as of now.
[23:16:48] Martin Winchester says: I want to know more about that.
[23:17:09] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Elegy had simillar modifications to the Super GT.
[23:17:45] Martin Winchester says: Which Elegy, who owned it? Be precise.
[23:17:49] Martin Winchester says: What kind of modification?
[23:18:12] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Myself, it had an FBI logo just like Super GT.
[23:19:06] Martin Winchester says: Is it the same Elegy we went to at the Jefferson Dealership?
[23:19:23] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Yes.
[23:19:42] Martin Winchester says: How come you removed the writings?
[23:20:04] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: I wanted it street legal once again.
[23:21:25] Martin Winchester says: And you did that modification by using your company's privilege?
[23:21:34] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Yes.
[23:21:58] Martin Winchester says: Alright Mr. Fedija do you have anything else to add?
[23:22:04] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: No.
[23:22:39] Martin Winchester says: Now we are onto the next topic, where did you get that Cannabis?
[23:23:31] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Same source where we went straight instead of left at Pershinq intersection for your pers..
[23:23:31] ..onal needs.
[23:25:16] Martin Winchester says: Alright.
[23:25:30] Martin Winchester says: I will prepare a confession letter for you.
[23:25:45] Rouge Fedija says [Serbian accent]: Understood.
[23:25:53] * Martin Winchester grabs onto the pen and begins to fill out the confession letter format.
[23:26:21] * Martin Winchester slides the paper and the pen towards Rouge.
[23:27:29] * it would say? (Rouge Fedija)
