State of San Andreas v. Everett Crowhurst
I, Martin Winchester, will serve as the representative of the State of San Andreas in the prosecution of Mr. Everett Crowhurst.
I. OPENING STATEMENT:
The State of San Andreas presents this case to the Court as a matter of utmost urgency. The defendant, Everett Crowhurst, stands accused of heinous crimes including multiple counts of murder, acts of vigilantism, trespass, assault on law enforcement personnel, obstruction of justice, vehicular evasion, and treason through affiliation with an extremist militia group known as the Kansas Liberation Front (KLF). His actions have brought absolute terror to the community and undermined the rule of law, and the efficiency of law enforcement agencies. The State seeks to hold the defendant accountable for his calculated, malicious, and unrepentant crimes, demanding the highest penalty under the law to ensure justice for his victims and the safety of the state of San Andreas society.
On December 31, 2024, Everett Crowhurst was spotted in Las Barrancas during the execution of the property seizure of his residence, after an intensive pursuit he was apprehended and transported to the Detective Bureau office for interrogation. Crowhurst initially denied involvement but later confessed to his murder crimes, revealing responsibility for seven recorded murders and an eighth unrecorded case involving the death of SAPD Officer Kane Smith.
Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit IX
Crowhurst displayed violent tendencies during interrogation, assaulting Detective Winchester and attempting to damage evidence by lunging at the recording camera. He also self-inflicted injuries with a pen during the signing of his confession letter.
Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit IX
The assessment of the interrogation tied Crowhurst to the Kansas Liberation Front (KLF), a militia group aiming to assert control over the state of San Andreas through the elimination of criminals and the police force. Crowhurst claimed to target local criminals, expressing disdain for law enforcement's effectiveness. However, his actions were self-directed, unlawful, and executed without oversight or legitimacy.
Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit IX
Crowhurst's crimes included the brutal murder of eight individuals, some mutilated, others burned or dismembered, often accompanied by taunting notes left at the scenes. The murders terrorized the community and obstructed ongoing investigations by leaving misleading clues and staging symbolic designs of crime scenes. Premeditated killings of Jaquavios Jackson, Sali Macroni, Samuel Gvardia, Madison Claire, Oliver Moore, SAPD Officer Robert Steiner, Kane Smith.
Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit I, Exhibit II, Exhibit III, Exhibit IV, Exhibit V, Exhibit VI, Exhibit VII, Exhibit VIII, Exhibit IX
Mental health evaluations by Dr. Daniel Martinez diagnosed Crowhurst with a psychological condition, though it does not excuse his remorseless actions. Ref: III. Evidence - Exhibit X
Your Honor, we extend our sincerest gratitude to the Court for its attention and diligent consideration in hearing this case.

Rohan Krasniqi
Autopsy Report:
Cause of Death: Exsanguination caused by arterial damage from bullet impact.
Gunshot Wounds:
- Condition: Severe mutilation. All four limbs were removed postmortem.
- External Signs: Multiple abrasions and deep lacerations, notably on the torso and neck.
- Gunshot Evidence: Entry wounds consistent with sniper rifle projectiles, a five round of 7.62 mm cartridge was probably used since bullet trajectories suggest high-velocity impact. No projectiles or ballistic shells were present in the body or nearby, indicating removal postmortem.
- Additional notes: A note found near the corpse suggests psychological intent or taunting by the perpetrator.
Cause of Death: Exsanguination caused by arterial damage from bullet impact.
Gunshot Wounds:
- Two high-velocity impacts to the chest and abdomen, two in the right leg and one in the left arm.
- The projectiles had been forcibly removed after death, seemingly using bare fingers rather than surgical tools.
- The limbs were severed with imprecise cuts, suggesting an unprofessional and amateur method, possibly driven by the killer's desire.
- There were no signs of pre-mortem struggle or defensive wounds, indicating the victim was incapacitated or deceased during head mutilation.

Sali Macroni
Autopsy Report:
A blood sample was collected for toxicological analysis. The results show no traces of alcohol or narcotics in the victim’s system.
Time of Death:
Based on body temperature, lividity, and rigor mortis, the estimated time of death is between 7:00 PM and 7:45 PM on December 24, 2024.
Cause of Death:
The cause of death is determined to be exsanguination due to multiple stab wounds. The post-mortem carving on the victim’s face appears intentional and suggests a symbolic act, consistent with patterns seen in other suspected serial killer cases.

- The victim has 47 stab wounds across the torso and arms. The depths of wounds suggest the usage of a single-edged knife, approximately 4-6 inches in length.
- A post-mortem mutilation was observed: a smiley face carved into the victim's cheeks, extending from the corners of the mouth.
- No defensive wounds were found on the hands or forearms, suggesting the victim may have been incapacitated prior to the stabbing.
- There are no ligature marks on the wrists, ankles, or the neck.

Samuel Gvardia
Autopsy Report:
Cause of death: The cause of death is determined to be exsanguination due to multiple stab wounds to the chest and abdomen.

- The victim was found shoeless, with extensive injuries primarily concentrated on the torso.
- Approximately 70 stab wounds were present on the chest and abdominal area.
- A crude smiley face was intentionally carved into the skin of the chest, consistent with postmortem mutilation.
- Blood Pool: A significant quantity of blood surrounded the victim, indicating exsanguination as a probable cause of death.
- The presence of a struggle suggests the victim attempted to defend himself but was overpowered.
- No signs of drug or alcohol influence were detected in the victim's system.
Cause of death: The cause of death is determined to be exsanguination due to multiple stab wounds to the chest and abdomen.

Madison Claire
Autopsy Report:
A small dosage of cocaine was analyzed in the bloodstream of the victim's system.
Cause of death: The cause of death is determined to be exsanguination due to multiple stab wounds to the chest and abdomen.
Time of death: Approximately around 2:00 PM according to the lividity of the body and its temperature.
Conclusion: The victim, Madison Claire, died as a result of exsanguination due to multiple stab wounds inflicted to her torso. A total of 61 stab wounds were present, primarily focused on the chest and abdominal areas. The post-mortem carving of a smiley face on her chest suggests the symbolic intent by the perpetrator. The defensive wounds show sign of resistance which support the theory that the victim was ambushed and overpowered prior to the attack.

Oliver Moore
Autopsy Report:
No traces of alcohol or illicit substances were detected in the victim’s system.
Cause of Death: Exsanguination due to several stab wounds.
Time of Death: According to the lividity of the muscle tissue and corpse temperature, approximately 9:30-10:10 CET.
Conclusion:
The pattern of injuries and evidence at the scene suggests the fact that the victim engaged in a defensive struggle with the serial killer. Defensive wounds and bruising indicate that Moore fought back for his life, potentially injuring the perpetrator in the process.

- Multiple lacerations on the forearms and hands, indicative of attempts to block or grab a sharp weapon.
- Bruising along the knuckles, consistent with striking the assailant.
- 50 stab wounds located on the upper torso in chest and abdomen.
- Decapitation by evisceration.
- Smiley face carved on the victim's face most likely after decapitation.
- Significant blood loss due to the stab wounds. No pre-existing conditions.

Robert Steiner
Autopsy Report:
The victim's cause of death was determined to be a combination of severe trauma from stab wounds and exsanguination. The sequence of injuries began with a stab to the knee, followed by two stabs to the torso causing massive internal bleeding, and culminating the mutilation with a fatal stab wound to the head. The pattern suggests the attack occurred within a minute or two, and the positioning of the knives suggests a deliberate and overkill intent.
Time of Death: Estimated time of death is approximately ~2:45 - 3:00 CET, based on blood coagulation analysis and the freshness of the wounds.

- Multiple mutilations, including four knives lodged in the victim's corpse, one in the head, two in the torso, and one in the right leg.
- Fresh blood pooling suggests death occurred shortly before discovery.
- No defensive wounds were noted, indicating a potential ambush scenario where the victim was held captive during the mutilation.
- Traces of ligature marks of rope tie were found on the victim's wrists and ankles.

[18:27:13] Martin Winchester says: Let me clarify this for you.
[18:27:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: No, let me tell you.

[18:27:57] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I simply defended myself.
[18:28:08] Martin Winchester says: No, the victim tried to defend himself.
[18:28:14] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: So did I.

[18:29:00] Martin Winchester says: And for the finishing touch, you left your symbolic design... a smiley face on the victim's face.

[18:29:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: That's some.. wild claims.
[18:29:32] Martin Winchester says: Wait wait let me clarify this one for you so you give up on that "I don't know" game.

[18:32:38] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Ok
[18:32:41] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: If you say so.
[18:32:48] Martin Winchester says: Either way, the reckoning of justice shall be at hand.
[18:33:02] Martin Winchester says: Even for the sake of your malice intent, reveal the motive.
[18:33:26] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: What motive do you want? The fucking camera footages you so talk about don't prove ..
[18:33:26] ..a single thing.
[18:33:50] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And you, without knowing what really happened.
[18:33:57] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Have the audacity to tell me, when I was there.
[18:34:01] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: What happened.
[18:34:15] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You didn't see a single thing, you don't know what you're talking about.
[18:34:20] Martin Winchester says: I just told you what happened, I don't get it what is unclear to you?
[18:34:32] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: What you told me was false.
[18:35:15] Martin Winchester says: I didn't say anything... the footage and blood sample analysis did.
[18:35:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: It did NOT happen like that.
[18:35:37] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: The footage, the so called footage knows everything, don't It?
[18:35:43] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: It hears anything, don't It?
[18:35:51] Martin Winchester says: Do you suffer from mental fallacies by any chance?
[18:35:57] Martin Winchester says: I wouldn't be surprised.
[18:36:01] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I do not.
[18:36:04] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You can get me checked.
[18:36:30] Martin Winchester says: How you deny the evidency of this footage?
[18:36:52] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Well if you do let me explain the way it happened on my side.
[18:37:18] Martin Winchester says: Explain.
[18:37:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: We did fight, yes.
[18:37:25] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Even before we got back there.
[18:37:31] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: There was blood, yes.
[18:38:03] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: There was a knife involved too, but I'm not the owner of it intitially.
[18:38:10] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Initialy*
[18:38:41] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: We fought, I took it from his hand and stabbed him.
[18:38:47] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Again, and again, and again.
[18:39:14] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: As for the smiley face and the decapitation, I do not know when that happened but i..
[18:39:14] ..t must've been after I left.
[18:39:37] Martin Winchester says: It shows that it happened in a single session.
[18:39:53] Martin Winchester says: Your claims are so out of order, are you really sure you don't live in another dimension?
[18:39:59] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I'm sure.
[18:40:09] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: On the bomb planted, I'm sure.
[18:40:16] Martin Winchester says: Pardon me?
[18:40:32] Martin Winchester says: Why are you smiling?
[18:40:32] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Yes, I was responsible for THAT murder.
[18:40:36] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: But I'm not responsible for any others.
[18:41:09] Martin Winchester says: Everytime you killed a victim, you reported it through 911 hotline.
[18:41:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Have I?
[18:41:26] Martin Winchester says: We did a voice analysis on each recorded phone call from the payphone, from both ends.
[18:41:34] Martin Winchester says: And guess what, all of them matched.
[18:41:48] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I'm still confused on what you mean by 7 kills.
[18:42:27] * Martin Winchester quotes the name of victims as he rotates the paper at Everett's sight.
[18:42:40] * Everett Crowhurst reads the names.
[18:43:36] Martin Winchester says: Joaquavios Jackson, Rohan Krasniqi, Sali Macroni, Samuel Gvardia, Madison Clair, Oliver Moore and Rob..
[18:43:36] ..ert Steiner.
[18:43:57] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Hm.
[18:44:02] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I know only about Moore.
[18:44:03] * Robert Steiner is presumed to be that SAPD Police Officer at the last scene. (Martin Winchester)
[18:46:14] * Everett Crowhurst looks at the camera.
[18:46:18] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Hm.
[18:46:31] * Everett Crowhurst slowly shifts his gaze towards Martin.
[18:46:43] * Martin Winchester awaits to hear something from Everett.
[18:46:56] * Everett Crowhurst slowly stands up.
[18:47:02] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Well, Detective.
[18:47:04] Martin Winchester says: Sit down.
[18:47:08] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I will not.
[18:47:16] Martin Winchester says: Do not refuse my order.
[18:47:22] Martin Winchester says: Sit... DOWN.
[18:47:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You'll do what, force me?
[18:47:42] Martin Winchester says: If you fail to sit within the next five second you will have another charge on you.
[18:47:54] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Make it two.
[18:48:16] * Everett Crowhurst steps to the side.
[18:48:16] * Martin Winchester makes his way towards Everett as he forcefully flattens him on the seat.
[18:48:35] * Everett Crowhurst would kick Martin as he's being forced down
[18:48:50] * Martin Winchester gets kicked in the knee, he steps aside to rebalance.
[18:49:00] Martin Winchester says: Prick.
[18:49:03] Martin Winchester says: Arrgh...
[18:49:51] * Martin Winchester gets ahold of cuff keys from his duty belt and proceeds to cuff Everett's wrists to the desk bar.
[18:50:03] * Martin Winchester tightens the cuffs on Everett's wrists to make him steady.
[18:50:06] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: That was a real dumb decision, to cuff me there.
[18:50:46] Martin Winchester says: Crowhurst, I would highly recommend you to not disappoint me further.
[18:50:58] Martin Winchester says: You are going to be mighty sorry... mighty mighty sorry for your actions.
[18:51:14] Martin Winchester says: Tell me the motive behind the serial killing.
[18:51:16] Martin Winchester says: Through the victimology examination, you do not follow a certain pattern to target people based on ra..

[18:51:45] Martin Winchester says: -.... Or their religion, occupation or whatever, what is it that attracts you to slain?
[18:51:45] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: They're all criminals.
[18:52:05] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You fail to do anything agaisn't them, so I do it myself.
[18:52:07] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And now.
[18:52:11] * Everett Crowhurst kicks the chair behind him as he tries to lunge at the table, especially at the camera.
[18:52:21] Martin Winchester says: All seven of them? How com-...
[18:52:32] * Martin Winchester steps backward as he dispatches additional units.
[18:52:46] *** [1 | 913] Martin Winchester [ADAM-2]: Need units at interrogation room immediately.
[18:53:02] *** [1 | 913] Martin Winchester [ADAM-2]: The subject is violently crashing the desk and chair.
[18:53:10] *** [1 | 913] Martin Winchester [ADAM-2]: Do anybody copy? I repeat.
[18:54:23] * Everett Crowhurst {FF2121}fails{BF62DA} at the attempt.
[18:54:54] * Martin Winchester draws out his baton and deals a moderate damage to Everett's thigh, trying to sustain him.
[18:55:03] * Everett Crowhurst falls on his knee
[18:55:09] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Oh you, funny man.
[18:55:19] Martin Winchester says: What the hell did you just do?
[18:55:31] Martin Winchester says: Do you want me to lock you up in a private cell?
[18:55:42] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Do it, I dare you.
[18:55:54] Martin Winchester says: I will certainly do it after this interrogation.
[18:56:07] Martin Winchester says: However, were they all criminals?
[18:56:08] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And for your information.
[18:56:11] Martin Winchester says: Is that the law you referred to?
[18:56:13] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I killed 5.
[18:56:18] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Not 7.
[18:56:41] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Don't you see their afiliations?
[18:58:28] Martin Winchester says: You at first said all seven of them were criminals.
[18:58:40] Martin Winchester says: How come a police officer was criminal?
[18:58:47] Martin Winchester says: Did you kill them under your own law?
[18:58:48] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Heard of corruption?
[18:59:12] Martin Winchester says: There's a hotline... 911... I think you have used it before, why you didn't make calls to inform us?
[18:59:18] Martin Winchester says: On each victim.
[18:59:35] Martin Winchester says: With that intention of yours, it is considered to be a vigilantism act.
[18:59:46] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Search me, search me and see if I have a phone.
[19:00:19] Martin Winchester says: You are capable of using the payphones... more than people do nowadays.
[19:00:28] Martin Winchester says: However, is that the only motive?
[19:00:35] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And plus, what worth is it calling you when you wont bother to deal with criminal s..
[19:00:35] ..cum.
[19:01:08] Martin Winchester says: If we didn't bother to deal with "criminal scums", you wouldn't be here in cuffs.
[19:01:17] Martin Winchester says: So we certainly do take care of it as much as possible.
[19:01:28] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Bullshit.
[19:01:40] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You always asspull a reason to find the criminals innocent.
[19:01:49] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Requesting shit as evidence when it's clearly visible.
[19:01:56] Martin Winchester says: Clarify that code... or law or whatever you abide to execute the victims.
[19:02:11] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: No can do sire.
[19:02:21] Martin Winchester says: Why is that?
[19:02:23] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Neither you, neither anyone else watching his footage will understand.
[19:02:34] Martin Winchester says: Say, perhaps we will figure out.
[19:03:16] * Everett Crowhurst sighs.
[19:03:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I won't resist, look into my pocket and take out my wallet.
[19:03:43] Martin Winchester says: I have already gathered your belongings.
[19:03:46] Martin Winchester says: Let me check.
[19:03:48] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Then open it.
[19:04:14] * Martin Winchester grabs the belongings box of Everett Crowhurst and brings it to the desk.
[19:04:23] * Martin Winchester keeps it away from Everett's reach.
[19:04:50] * Martin Winchester wears a pair of latex gloves once again.
[19:04:59] * Martin Winchester opens the box and grabs the wallet.
[19:05:07] * Martin Winchester opens it as he looks into it...
[19:05:29] * What would Martin find in Everett's wallet. (Martin Winchester)
[19:05:51] * Money, passport, licenses, an insignia. (Everett Crowhurst)
[19:06:07] * Martin Winchester examines the strange insigna from the wallet.
[19:06:10] Martin Winchester says: What is this?
[19:06:15] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Look at it yourself.
[19:06:25] Martin Winchester says: I'm already looking at it.
[19:06:42] Martin Winchester says: Explain to me the purpose of this insigna.
[19:06:53] * The insignia would specify the rank: Sergeant and something above it (Everett Crowhurst)
[19:07:03] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: If you look at it a little more carefully.
[19:07:23] * What would be above the sergeant rank? (Martin Winchester)
[19:07:34] * K-L-F (Everett Crowhurst)
[19:08:13] Martin Winchester says: K.L.F-... what does this abbreviation stand for?
[19:08:25] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Kansas Liberation Front.
[19:08:40] Martin Winchester says: Hmm... interesting.
[19:09:05] * Martin Winchester fixes another chair and leaves it behind Everett.
[19:09:13] Martin Winchester says: Sit down and tell me more about it.
[19:09:26] * Everett Crowhurst sits down.
[19:09:47] * Martin Winchester closes the belongings box but he still holds the insigna in his hand.
[19:09:48] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You haven't heard of the news, have you?
[19:09:57] Martin Winchester says: I haven't.
[19:10:37] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: The KLF will be making its way into San Andreas soon, for now they're just sending ..
[19:10:37] ..agents to deal with local resistance.
[19:10:37] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: For the lands they're liberating.
[19:11:46] Martin Winchester says: Local resistance? seven bodies of local resistance?
[19:11:58] Martin Winchester says: How are they even liberating the lands?
[19:12:11] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: No no, the KLF will be liberating it.
[19:12:47] Martin Winchester says: What are they? where are they from?
[19:13:04] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Well I think Kansas Liberation Front explains where are they from.
[19:13:16] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And what they are.
[19:13:49] Martin Winchester says: I will forward this piece of information to the federal bureau.
[19:14:04] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Sure, let them know.
[19:14:21] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Local agents of KLF are already giving out warnings for the areas of landing to not..
[19:14:21] .. resist.
[19:15:22] Martin Winchester says: Who is the leader?
[19:15:52] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Our leader has died in one of his liberation movements, so he was replaced by another.
[19:15:55] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I cannot say his name.
[19:16:18] Martin Winchester says: Speak Crowhurst.
[19:16:21] Martin Winchester says: Tell me his name.
[19:16:24] Martin Winchester says: Or her.. perhaps.
[19:16:37] * Everett Crowhurst shakes his head
[19:16:56] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You know what happened to Richardson?
[19:17:01] Martin Winchester says: No.
[19:17:02] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: That guy up in Fort Carsaon?
[19:17:12] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Some bullshit "Free Republic of Fort Carson"
[19:17:12] Martin Winchester says: I never heard of that name in my life.
[19:17:34] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Once the KLF deems you as a target, you die.
[19:18:06] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And guess what, KLF announcement came off, he was forced to destroy his militia and..
[19:18:06] .. the next day he was found dead, hanged.
[19:18:08] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And shot.
[19:18:23] Martin Winchester says: This is too much of a hassle, especially for you Crowhurst.
[19:18:28] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: IF I tell you the name.
[19:18:32] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: It'll end up the same way.
[19:18:36] Martin Winchester says: For you?
[19:18:40] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Of course.
[19:18:46] Martin Winchester says: How'd they know?
[19:18:53] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: They're agents after all.
[19:18:59] Martin Winchester says: And even if they get to know, you are at no one's reach for a good while.
[19:19:08] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Valctaraz wont save me.
[19:19:17] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: They will break in.
[19:19:49] * Martin Winchester ceases to speak about something, he changes the topic.
[19:19:56] Martin Winchester says: Soo... you didn't define the law to me.
[19:20:03] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: That's their law.
[19:20:10] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Well... in a way.
[19:20:18] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Some of that is theirs and the other is mine.
[19:20:33] Martin Winchester says: What's yours?
[19:21:05] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: The way I deal with the criminals.
[19:21:24] Martin Winchester says: Yeah... be more precise on the definition.
[19:21:50] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: The way I murder them, the way I leave the message.
[19:23:26] Martin Winchester says: What kind of criminals were they? What crime did they commit?
[19:23:43] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Obviously they're all criminals.
[19:23:45] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: One way or another.
[19:23:50] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Murderers, cartel or gang members.
[19:23:53] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Drug dealers.
[19:24:01] Martin Winchester says: And you are not a criminal for being a vigilant serial killer?
[19:24:16] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: According to the KLF, I'm not.
[19:24:26] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Though my methods are off their book.
[19:24:30] Martin Winchester says: You must be mentally challenged..
[19:24:36] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Well...
[19:24:43] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I'm not for your surprise.
[19:24:57] Martin Winchester says: Why are you with KLF? How did they hire you?
[19:25:15] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Switch the topic.
[19:26:07] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: We're here about me being a serial killer.
[19:26:11] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And okay, fine.
[19:26:12] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I did it.
[19:26:16] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I told you my motive.
[19:27:03] Martin Winchester says: You are not in any position to switch the topic amigo.
[19:27:13] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I am when my life is at stake.
[19:27:14] Martin Winchester says: Tell me everything and I mean EVERYTHING about this KFL thing.
[19:27:33] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I refuse to end up like Richardson.
[19:27:40] Martin Winchester says: You are dead already Everett, you just don't realize it.
[19:28:00] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Oh I know that, I just refuse to die by them.
[19:29:55] Martin Winchester says: You won't even get to see the daylight.
[19:30:00] Martin Winchester says: So spill the tea.
[19:30:12] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I'm good.
[19:30:57] Martin Winchester says: Well... since you don't want to co-operate.
[19:31:19] Martin Winchester says: Do you have anything else to add before conclusion?
[19:31:36] * Everett Crowhurst stares at the camera.
[19:31:59] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: No, you'll see for yourself later.
[19:32:52] Martin Winchester says: Right, before we head down to the basement you might want to sign a confession letter.
[19:33:01] * Martin Winchester prepares a confession letter and slides it forward to Everett.
[19:33:18] * Everett's hands would be cuffed to the desk bar so he can pick up the pen and sign the paper. (Martin Winchester)
[19:33:33] * Everett Crowhurst grabs the pen and reads the paper
[19:33:36] * Martin Winchester grabs the pen and clicks on it, leaves it in front of Everett.
[19:34:30] Martin Winchester says: Hold on.
[19:34:38] * Everett Crowhurst looks at Martin.
[19:34:44] Martin Winchester says: Did you kill more than seven individuals?
[19:34:51] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Yes.
[19:34:54] Martin Winchester says: How many?
[19:34:56] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: 1.
[19:35:04] Martin Winchester says: Eight individuals in total?
[19:35:11] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Sounds fine to me.
[19:35:22] Martin Winchester says: Why you didn't say this earlier?
[19:35:33] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You didn't ask.
[19:35:37] * Everett Crowhurst raises the pen.
[19:35:42] Martin Winchester says: I asked if you want to add anything else.
[19:36:06] * Everett Crowhurst slides the letter slightly away from his left hand.
[19:36:31] Martin Winchester says: Oh lord, explain that missing murder case..
[19:36:32] * Everett Crowhurst pierces the pen into the skin of his hand, twisting it while biting his lips
[19:36:44] Martin Winchester says: Jesus fuck, what the fuck are you doing?
[19:36:48] * Martin Winchester unholsters their taser.
[19:36:48] * Everett Crowhurst pulls out the pen
[19:36:54] Martin Winchester says: Put the pen away!
[19:37:00] * Everett Crowhurst uses the blood left on the pen to sign the letter.
[19:37:15] * Leaves a bloody smiley face on the letter. (Everett Crowhurst)
[19:37:49] Martin Winchester says: What's wrong with you?!
[19:37:56] * Everett Crowhurst slides the pen back to Martin
[19:38:05] Martin Winchester says: Who's that individual that we don't know about?
[19:38:06] * Everett Crowhurst places his palm over the stab wound
[19:38:09] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Kane Smith.
[19:38:21] Martin Winchester says: Give more details, where did you leave his corpse?
[19:38:45] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: The wooden bridge below the other bridge which connects Fern Ridge and Dillimore.
[19:39:14] Martin Winchester says: Hell...
[19:39:56] Martin Winchester says: Kane Smith... a police officer, how was he a criminal?
[19:40:04] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Zionist.
[19:40:12] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I believe that explains it.
[19:40:35] Martin Winchester says: Your law defines the criminality of being a zionist?
[19:40:45] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Mine especially, yes.
[19:41:07] Martin Winchester says: So you don't only kill based on criminality, idological beliefs too.
[19:41:27] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: He is a criminal in my eyes too.
[19:42:09] Martin Winchester says: Alright listen up Everett, I will give you another confession letter and you better sign it the civil..
[19:42:09] .. way.
[19:42:16] Martin Winchester says: I don't want no blood stains on it.
[19:42:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I will not sign it then.
[19:42:29] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Either take it or don't.
[19:42:40] Martin Winchester says: Don't resist.
[19:43:00] * Everett Crowhurst looks at the spot where he stabbed his hand.
[19:43:07] Martin Winchester says: Alright?
[19:43:15] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I will not sign it again.
[19:43:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I don't give second chances.
[19:44:31] Martin Winchester says: You will pay the price of your defiance, Crowhurst.
[19:44:38] Martin Winchester says: You will sign the paper as I tell you.
[19:44:44] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I will not.
[19:44:51] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Take the one I already signed.
[19:44:53] * Martin Winchester prepares another confession letter and forwards it to Everett.
[19:45:00] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Otherwise even if you force me to sign it I will use blood again.
[19:46:01] * I, Everett Crowhurst, committed eight counts of SA-PSC Murder I.1. & Vigilantism & Treason-... (Martin Winchester)
[19:46:22] * Within the November and December month, 2024. (Martin Winchester)
[19:46:23] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Treason?
[19:46:31] * <Signatory> <Name>. (Martin Winchester)
[19:46:43] Martin Winchester says: Treason must be rooted out.
[19:47:07] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Detective.
[19:47:16] Martin Winchester says: What is it now?
[19:47:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Take the one that I have signed.
[19:47:28] Martin Winchester says: Sign IT.
[19:47:40] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Then ill use blood again.
[19:48:54] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Give me the pen again.
[19:49:02] * Martin Winchester dreadfully stares at Everett while heavily breathing near to him.
[19:49:20] * Martin Winchester provides Everett with a pen, this time he puts it in Everett's right hand.
[19:49:50] * Martin would know that Everett is a right handed writer. (Martin Winchester)
[19:49:57] * Everett Crowhurst writes the name "Crowhust"
[19:50:07] Martin Winchester says: Leave your signature too.
[19:50:13] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: With blood?
[19:50:20] Martin Winchester says: With the goddamn ink in that pen.
[19:50:23] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Mannn, yall too difficult.
[19:50:31] Martin Winchester says: Hmph you are growing me tired.
[19:50:37] Martin Winchester says: Says who.
[19:50:47] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Cry me a river, I'm already tired.
[19:50:58] * Everett Crowhurst draws a little smiley face "=)"
[19:51:05] Martin Winchester says: Is that your signature?
[19:51:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Yes.
[19:52:04] Martin Winchester says: You never fail to amaze me, this wouldn't differ.
[19:52:23] * Martin Winchester collects both confession letters and documents it in Everett Crowhurst's casefile.
[19:52:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I might honestly bleed to unconciousness.
[19:52:50] Martin Winchester says: I, SAPD Senior Detective Winchester conclude this interrogation as of 19:52 CET.
[19:52:55] * Martin Winchester deactivates the camera.
[18:04:39] * Martin Winchester activates the camera by pushing the button.
[18:05:02] * The camera would be recording audio and video from now on. (Martin Winchester)
[18:05:04] It is the 31st of December, 2024. Time is 18:05:04 CET or 01:29 in the game world.
[18:05:33] * Martin Winchester forces Everett to sit down on the chair.

[18:07:01] Martin Winchester says: Do you understand these rights?
[18:07:11] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Hm.
[18:07:18] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Sure.
[18:07:50] * Martin Winchester takes off his police hat, puts it on the desk as he makes himself comfortable on the chair.
[18:09:03] Martin Winchester says: Mr. Crowhurst, what was the motive for that manslayer?
[18:09:20] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Don't know what you're talking about.
[18:09:34] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I don't kill, even if I do it's for self defense.
[18:09:48] Martin Winchester says: Do you believe that you didn't do anything wrong?
[18:10:06] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I don't know what you're talking about again.
[18:10:33] Martin Winchester says: Aha, you do, why would you even try to escape from the law?
[18:10:48] Martin Winchester says: You must have done something.
[18:11:05] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Well I had some to drink.
[18:11:32] Martin Winchester says: What if I use a breathlyzer righ now?
[18:11:34] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I thought yall were there because you found a gun or anything.
[18:12:07] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: It'll show nothing.
[18:12:12] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Who said I drank like, a whole bottle.
[18:12:38] Martin Winchester says: Found a gun where?
[18:12:42] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: What I'm surprised about is how I'm being accused of murder.
[18:13:12] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Well, you were going to my family's home, I thought you would find something there.
[18:13:39] Martin Winchester says: You have a weapon license, what would I find there?
[18:13:59] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Couple of shotguns, I think.
[18:14:09] Martin Winchester says: What else?
[18:14:11] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Some ancestor might've left something that I havent seen.
[18:14:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: So I do not know.
[18:14:30] Martin Winchester says: How you know there's a shotgun if you haven't seen it?
[18:14:50] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I know about my shotguns, just not about if there are any other stuff.
[18:15:10] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Because shotguns are my properties, I am not aware if there are any other.
[18:16:06] Martin Winchester says: I sense a pattern of prevarication in your statements, you'd be charged with Obstruction of justice.
[18:16:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Sure.
[18:16:46] Martin Winchester says: Then why would you run if its your shotguns that you legally own through weapon license program?
[18:17:12] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Again, I don't know if my ancestors before me had planted any other stuff in the ho..
[18:17:12] ..use.
[18:17:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Because I do not use it often.
[18:17:23] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I only go there once a month.
[18:18:24] Martin Winchester says: What's your shoe size?
[18:18:37] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Don't know, haven't checked.
[18:18:45] Martin Winchester says: I can tell its eight.
[18:19:01] Martin Winchester says: You know what else I can tell?
[18:19:05] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Either eight or a smaller size, I am relatively short.
[18:19:21] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Hm?
[18:19:38] Martin Winchester says: I have a footage of you, wearing a mask, but the same appearance at the bank of Palomino and behind t..
[18:19:38] ..he FBI HQ.
[18:19:49] Martin Winchester says: CCTV footage to be precise.
[18:20:10] Martin Winchester says: Same goes for Jefferson parking lot, nearby the ATM.
[18:20:16] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And?
[18:20:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: What does that have to do with anything?
[18:20:28] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I don't have a phone, so.
[18:20:31] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I use the payphone.
[18:20:37] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You can search me.
[18:20:45] Martin Winchester says: And it's evident you have murdering people and then report it to 911 hotline to display your design.
[18:20:55] (( Martin Winchester: been* ))
[18:21:00] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: These are some serious claims.
[18:21:05] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And accusitions.
[18:21:09] Martin Winchester says: You know what else is more serious?
[18:21:40] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: No, what?
[18:21:48] * Martin Winchester opens Everett Crowhurst's casefile as he goes through the pages.
[18:22:21] * Martin Winchester presents the forensic research lab result about the blood sample analysis.
[18:23:07] * FORENSIC RESEARCH LAB > Blood sample analysis: Forensic research lab confirms the identification of two individuals from-....

[18:23:34] * -... from the given blood samples: 1. Oliver Moore ||| 2. Everett Crowhurst (Martin Winchester)
[18:24:04] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: So? What about that?
[18:24:07] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Just some blood tests.
[18:24:20] Martin Winchester says: Read the date.
[18:24:26] * Everett Crowhurst reads the date.
[18:24:31] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: What about it?
[18:24:31] * Date: 25/12/2024 (Martin Winchester)
[18:25:07] Martin Winchester says: There was an obvious sign of struggle and resistance at the murder scene behind the FBI HQ.
[18:25:16] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Wait, murder?
[18:25:21] * Everett Crowhurst raises his eyebrow
[18:25:27] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: He's dead?
[18:25:49] Martin Winchester says: Who is dead?
[18:25:54] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You said murder scene.
[18:26:03] Martin Winchester says: You seem to know about it.
[18:26:10] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: You just told me about it.
[18:26:22] Martin Winchester says: You just said "He's dead?"
[18:26:26] Martin Winchester says: Who were you referring to?
[18:26:36] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: The guy who's blood was in that document too.
[18:26:39] Martin Winchester says: Speak up Crowhurst. I just want to know the motive.
[18:26:54] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: What motive do you want? I did not know that he died after our encounter.
[18:27:13] Martin Winchester says: Let me clarify this for you.
[18:27:19] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: No, let me tell you.
[18:27:32] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: These "cameras" you're talking about.
[18:27:45] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Have they seen the entire situation unfold?t
[18:27:49] Martin Winchester says: Yes.
[18:27:51] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Because if they have, it would be known that it wasnt me.
[18:27:57] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: I simply defended myself.
[18:28:08] Martin Winchester says: No, the victim tried to defend himself.
[18:28:14] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: So did I.
[18:28:44] Martin Winchester says: Then you proceeded to stab riddle the victim fifthy times and decapitate him afterward.
[18:28:55] * Everett Crowhurst raises the another eyebrow
[18:29:00] Martin Winchester says: And for the finishing touch, you left your symbolic design... a smiley face on the victim's face.
[18:29:00] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: Say what?
[18:29:24] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: That's some.. wild claims.
[18:29:32] Martin Winchester says: Wait wait let me clarify this one for you so you give up on that "I don't know" game.
[18:29:54] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: How can you be so sure I was the one trying to kill him?
[18:30:02] * Martin Winchester stands up, asserts dominance over Everett by locking a cold stare at his eyes.
[18:30:34] Martin Winchester says: The victim tried to fight for his life, he managed to make you bleed by an alteraction during the fis..
[18:30:34] ..t fight.
[18:30:57] Martin Winchester says: We found your blood sample there, where the victim punched you in the face.
[18:31:39] * Would Everett bear any bruise wound(s) on his face? (Martin Winchester)
[18:31:58] Martin Winchester says: You think we get these arrest warrants signed willy nilly without supervision?
[18:31:59] * No, if he had any they would've healed by now (Everett Crowhurst)
[18:32:21] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: So, you think I attacked him.
[18:32:25] Everett Crowhurst says [American accent]: And he was just defending himself.

STATE OF SAN ANDREAS
FIRE DEPARTMENT
Psychiatric Evaluation Report
Subject: Everett Crowhurst
Evaluator: Daniel Martinez, Medic
Assisting Officer: Detective Martin Winchester
Date:12/31/2024
1. Background Information
The subject, Everett Crowhurst, is in custody for suspicion of eight murders.
He identifies himself as a serial killer and justifies the killings as acts against individuals he perceives as criminals.
He claims affiliation with an organization called the Kansas Liberation Front (KLF), described as a militia group.
2. Behavioral Observations
Speech and Demeanor:
Calm and articulate during the interview, with no visible signs of distress.
Answers questions directly but becomes guarded when asked about certain details
Affect:
Flat when discussing violent acts, suggesting possible detachment from emotions.
Cooperation:
Generally cooperative but avoids elaborating on critical topics like his readiness to harm himself or the KLF's role in his actions.
3. Analysis of Statements
Justification for Murders:
Suspect claims victims were criminals involved in illegal activities such as drug dealing, weapon trafficking, and corruption.
Justifies actions as necessary due to perceived police inefficacy.
Affiliation with KLF:
Insists that he is a soldier for the KLF, which he portrays as a legitimate militia group.
States the KLF "watches him" to ensure he fulfills his role but denies receiving explicit orders to kill.
Paranoid Ideation:
Believes he is being monitored by the KLF.
Displays mild suspicion towards others, including law enforcement.
Lack of Remorse:
Describes murders as justified and compares his actions to a hitman executing a target.
Expresses no regret or empathy for the victims, further supporting a lack of emotional engagement.
Risk of Harm:
Indicates he would harm himself only if "necessary," though he does not elaborate.
Suggests a conditional willingness to reoffend if given the opportunity and if it aligns with the KLF's perceived objectives.
4. Provisional Diagnosis
Based on the evaluation, the following conditions are considered:
Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD):
Persistent disregard for societal norms and laws.
Justification of harmful behavior with no remorse or empathy for victims.
Paranoid Personality Traits:
Mild paranoia, as evidenced by his belief in being monitored by the KLF.
Potential Delusional Disorder (Non-Bizarre Type):
Affiliation with the KLF is supported by physical evidence (insignia), suggesting that his belief in the organization is not a hallucination. However, the extent of their influence on his actions may indicate delusional thinking.
5. Recommendations
Forensic Psychiatric Evaluation:
Close observation in custody to assess for further signs of paranoia or risk of harm to himself or others.
Safety Measures:
Prevent access to tools or objects that could be used for self-injury.
Everett Crowhurst presents as a composed individual with antisocial tendencies, mild paranoia, and a strong justification for his actions. Further forensic evaluation is critical to determine the full extent of his mental state and guide both legal and therapeutic responses.
Threat

Trespass
Casefile Description: On the 25th of December, the County Killer took an unexpected action to taunt the police investigators once again by trespassing the LSPD yard to leave a note with a few stains of blood on it which has the following sentence written on it "Let the public know about me." with a smiley face at the end of the note which confirms the connectivity to our subject as the smiley face relates to the symbolic design of each murder he commits.
SAPD Volunteer Martin Quagmire was present at the moment of trespass but he barely managed to catch a glimpse of the trespasser who is supposedly assumed to be the County Killer himself, he explained that he had just seen someone climbing over the south wall of the yard for a moment and then disappear rapid fast.
After reviewing the CCTV footage of the Bank of Palomino and LSPD headquarters yard, this is the appearance of the County Killer:

* Martin Winchester adjusts the papers briefly... he stands tall while directly shifting his gaze between the judge and jury, he'd then proceed to deliver the closing statement:
"Your Honor, as we bring forth this narrative of tragedy and seek to hold the perpetrator accountable, I must earnestly implore the Court to approach its judgment with the utmost seriousness. The approval of the demanded punishment is not only a requisite for justice but also a necessary acknowledgment of the immeasurable pain of the heartbroken families. It is perhaps the only way to offer them even a semblance of solace for the lives cruelly taken from them."
* He takes a measured breath, his tone carrying a note of finality:
"I trust this Court will act decisively and justly, ensuring that the punishment reflects the severity of the crimes committed and honors the memory of those who can no longer speak for themselves."
* With a solid nod of respect, he proudly steps back... allowing the solemnity of his appeal to linger in the courtroom.
